fairly simple online process - came around 9am, unfortunately I hadnt put it in a cardboard box because it was a foldable ladder and didnt realise, driver wouldnt take it as it was so I had to package it in cardboard, luckily I had some in the garage. He came back later in the day as he promised to do and all was good

Delivered laptop to neighbour, didnt get a signature. Subsequently lost. Refuse to help because pretty much everything you could possible want to send is on their insurance exemption list. Keep blaming parcel force and do not want to help. They have left me £700 out of pocket.

I was sceptical to begin with as was not sure what to expect... Reviews were contradictive...
However the service was good. Delivery exactly as described, no issues. Would use services again.

The single worst company Ive ever encountered. Destroyed my package and when I tried to claim on the insurance that I took out they quoted a number of terms and conditions that did not exist anywhere in the company T+C. The customer service employee, Jag, lied and created reasons why they wouldnt be honouring the insurance. Absolutely criminal behaviour.

DO NOT USE. We had an emergency and booked an 11pm pick up a slot, with no sign at 12am and no contact from the driver I managed to find a contact number online. Only to be told no one was available until 8am and we had to cancel. AND then drive through the night. My manager has yet to check whether the money has been taken out of the account - that’ll be the icing on the cake.

I sent multiple parcels from one address to two separate addresses but they sent a parcel that was meant to go to address 1 to address 2 to and a second parcel that was meant to go to address 2 to address 1 I then had to sort this problem out with the delivery company... Which was really difficult... And now I am having to organise redelivery which is awkward

I bought from there many many times, and I understood that a lot of issues were coming from the delivery companies, but when there are been times where the delivery didnt arrive, and we had nothing to do with it, even if we paid extra money for being treated well, they refuse to give us back our money, after Parcel force, completely F**** up with our delivery. Without mention, that customer service is basically just asking questions to an AI that answer all the times with different names

After sending a item to a customer of mine, the item was logged has being damaged in the shipping companys depot. Once my customer got the item, he found that it had been damaged. opened a case with parcel money who after a month of slow replies, said the package didnt fit the needs and wont be paying out on the case. The fact the shipping company logged that the package was damaged in their hands, parcelmoney said they wont be changing their minds. Ive now lost £400 due to my customer wanting his money back, ive also lost a good customer of mine and wasted over a month dealing with parcelmoney. Sure to say im closing my account with them. Shame on Andrew and Navin if this is how they run their business

Terrible utterly terrible. Have sent two parcels to Australia and BOTH times have not been delivered. No messages to say a problem, just returned by BOAT to UK and asked for £5 to get my item returned from Southampton.

I use ParcelMonkey often and do not have anything bad to say about the service offered - the collections/deliveries are always made on time. I have on a few occasions had to communicate with their customer service team online, but again all issues have been sorted out to my satisfaction. I will continue to use ParcelMonkey in the future.

Was meant to pick up parcel on a certain date but it was 2 days later no explanation why. I had paid for next day delivery but it took 2 days to get there again no explanation why a company that doesnt care

It wasnt clear how long the courier ParcelForce 48 would take to deliver the parcel. It took 4 days. The courier could not give a window for collection- they would collect between 8 a.m and 6 p.m. On a positive note, the service was inexpensive and my parcel arrived safely.

Unbelievably bad. I paid £87 for a small pallet to be collected and delivered the next day. The courier did not turn up to collect it when they were supposed to and then lost the pallet. Maybe Parcel Monkey cannot be blamed for that but what happens next is disgusting. You cannot call them, you have to rely on email contact. They did not believe I had sent it. I had to send them CCTV stills to prove the courier picked it up. Do not use this website. Use a courier direct, you will have more ability to speak to someone if there is a problem. I did not even get a refund for the money I spent.

Parcel only gets collected on the correct day about 20% of the time and parcelmonkey just dont care. Ive been let down so many times with parcels not being picked up for up to 5 days, they never chase it up with the courier and the courier company says to talk to parcelmonkey, who wont even call their partner companies to find out what their problem is. Tried emailing the CEO to complain, no reply. They just dont care. Their scripted responses never ever apologise. Ive never had a reply saying "sorry, well look into that for you". They just state their terms and conditions that let them off the hook for any and all ineptitudes like couriers not turning up, parcels arriving smashed with footprints on, parcels taking a week to arrive even though I booked a next day service. A truly soulless company.

The Parcel Monkey side of the service was great as ever. DHL was a bit lacking in the online updates and information about delivery. All delivered OK though. Just good to have up to date information. I received an SMS and email for collection, but nothing from that point.

Booked a parcel. Nobody turned up. No phone call, nothing. They just dont care. I asked why it was compulsory to enter your phone number when you book a parcel. No reply. They behave like a Thomas Cook company when you have a query.
