Simple to organise and half the price of Parcel Force via post office. Next time though I would probably organise a collection as it took a day and a half for parcel to be collected from local drop off centre so delivery took longer than I thought it would.

This was the only site I could find to provide this service. Also offered couriers whose driver supplied labels. Only sllght critisism, my first choice took me through the process only to be told my parcel was over the volumetric limit. Parcel Force, my next choice, was slightly dearer but a 30kg limit, no extras, driver labels. I will use PM and PF next time on that basis.

Well, this is not the first time that I have used Parcal Monkey and not received my package its actually the 2nd! I dont know what else to say really...

Do not use this company! They will take your money. Then falsely claim additional charges are necessary. Its taken nearly 3 months of continuous messaging and follow-ups to get 3 out of 5 refunds!! Long story short - I sent 4 parcels on one particular day - all of which were deemed incorrect and additional charges were deducted from my card. The volumetric weight / the dimensions they were claiming were 100% impossible. I take pictures of all international parcels - make sure you do too! After months of messaging, sending pictures (which they refused - how can refuse photographic evidence?!) and lots of follow-ups from me they have finally admitted they were incorrect on 3 of the 4 parcels. But, theyre digging their heels in with the last one. Surely the fact that 3 of the 4 were wrong suggests the last one would be wrong too!! I have all communications from them proving I complied with everything they asked for only for them to change the rules and refuse photo proof!! Oh and while this was happening, another parcel to Germany was cancelled without any notice. Then I was told to pay a return charge which I refused because they cancelled without telling me. Then they tell me its been delivered?! Get this.... it hadnt. The customer said they didnt get the parcel. THEN.... it miraculously turns up and Im told to pay the return charge which I refuse again. They then give in and return to me over 4 weeks later!! I used them without issue for months and months before this. But the way they treated me throughout this was appalling so I have changed our postage supplier and will NEVER use Parcel Monkey again!

It is not often as Magistrate ,JP, Academic Advisor, Priest and basic Dogs Body that I can say this in my experience of 40 years is that Parcel Monkey currently the best Courier for price ,customer - service easy to follow instructions and they only choose top quality Courier providers . Fr Anthony

I was disgusted with the courier who came today, I am a pensioner and had the 2 parcels waiting for him in hall --2feet from the front door I asked him to come in as I couldnt lift them,he made a great big drama that he could not do this and I had to lift them ,his deameanir and tone towards me was completely unacceptable, then tried to make out his English was worst than it was and he couldnt explain!!!!! I told him that within last week 2 of his colleagues had called ,been helpful , and stepped in to lift these parcels . He stood and watched me struggle to manoevoer these parcels to the front step. I am not a happy person and now wish to raise a complaint. This happened today at 1.55pm

Simple easy way to save money, sent a parcel to the states for a third of what it would have cost to send with parcel force, guess what, it went with parcel force and got the two days from being collected!.

Very happy with the post office drop off service, print out tickets arrived swiftly. Delivery time never longer than four working days. The occasional let down is the handling of the parcels, at times they arrive in immaculate conditions, other times packing damaged, however goods were luckily not damaged. All in all, great service for an unbeatable price.

Easy to book my parcel on their website and picked up and delivered when they said it would be. A bit more than cheaper versions but you get what you pay for. First rate service and I would recommend highly.

Please DONT use this company. They are ( by their own admission) a quote engine. They are NOT a courier company. However you cannot contact the courier directly if anything goes wrong, as it did with us. Our distress made no difference to them. All you will hear, time after time after time, if you hear anything at all, is that they pass your message along to the courier ( they dont even do that properly). NEVER use them for International delivery. The level of incompetence, laziness, and unprofessionalism is outstanding. Go direct to the couriers. Parcelmonkey is a shockingly bad service.

Worst company to use!! Don’t use them as they lose your packages, make empty promises and then they don’t reply to any communication and then disappear when a refund or compensation is required! DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! USE DPD OR OTHER REPUTABLE COURIER COMPANIES

Scammers....They keep you card details which i am sure is illegal and then charge you additional costs saying the parcel was heavier, I sent a parcel of 2.7KG to Barcelona, it contained 2 hoodies and a T-Shirt and then they charged me for 21KGs, outrageous scammers, I spoke to Courier who the parcel was sent with and they said it should not of been charged, they have no phone number to contact them either... I am going to get a charge back on my card. I warn you DO NOT deal with these scammers, You have been warned!

Booked a collection for pick up next day. No one turned up so cancelled and was told I would be refunded. 3 days later some one turns up to pick up the parcel. I already used a different method. A week after cancellation Im still waiting on my refund. They said Im not getting one because said parcel was picked up. Now not answering messages. Absolutely awful company.

Parcel late despite paying for next day, this has happened several times between me and a friend who send an expensive piece of equipment. No refund for the difference in delivery prices is ever given.
