Failed to show up two days straight to collect a parcel for delivery to Ireland. Rescheduled the pick up date with clear instructions that pick-up must be after a certain time in the day ( 2 days wasted already waiting for them to arrive, no communication from them to advise they werent coming). Couldnt guarantee the courier would not show up before the advised time despite being told nobody would be home to hand over the package. Ended up cancelling the order. Very poor service and not very customer focused. Look elsewhere for a reliable courier service.

Will never trust nor use this company again. We arranged to collect a parcel from a supplier, they gave us the dimensions and weight and we put it into parcel monkey and booked collection at £18.88. Two weeks later we got a message saying courier had deemed the parcel we entered as 9.6KG as being 10KG and we our card had been charged another £52. If you want ripped off then use parcel monkey. They were quick to take this money from us over a few grams but when they lost a £400 parcel we shipped to Spain a year ago they were in no rush to compensate us. We argued with them that the parcel was fully tracked and THEY lost it. This is basically a joke of a service with hidden charges everywhere, and an attitude that says get lost if, ironically, your parcel gets lost or damaged.

Very seamless and easy process. Packaged dropped off at parcel force 4pm Wednesday and arrived at destination in USA Saturday pm. Really pleased as to how easy it all was

Could not be faulted. Timed pickup was a little late but there was terrible traffic in my area so no fault. Tracking was excellent.

Great prices, however be warned should your parcel get damaged, expect them to make every excuse to not pay out on the added cover on the parcel.

Talk about bait and switch! From the estimate with the exact same information to the actual quote it went up an average of 55 USD!! I tried other options from them and the ALL went up they said "due to changing the destination address" to "the shipping weight" NONE of which changed! Good thing I was lagging on posting my Ebay ad or Id have been screwed due to their SHODDY business practices!

First time using Parcel Monkey and certainly the last. Wasted a day awaiting collection of my parcel. I could have delivered the parcel myself in less time and costing less in fuel if I had known that no one would turn up. Now I have to find another carrier and apologise to the recipient for its late arrival.

Used parcel monkey several times and on more than one occasion there was a mixup either with delivery or collection. Take my advice, use UK Mail.

Left a watch in hotel in majorca. It was of great sentimental value. Parcel monkey arranged with DHL for it to be collected and returned to me in uk. Everything went quickly and smoothly with regular updates etc. Took a lot of hassle out of making my own arrangements. Would definitely use again.

Ive used the parcel monkey business account service for almost a year now. Booked parcels as normal and they werent collected, and customer service proceeded to rebook these for me every day for 1 week, still no collection. At the end of the week I am told that there is no business account they offer and has been closed. No notice to me or i presume any other business customers about this and caused huge disruption to my customers. All had to be refunded for postage (of which I then had to book elsewhere) and parcel monkey claim i am not due any compensation whatsoever. They only compensate for lost or damaged parcels - not ones which they didnt pick up for 5 days and then cancelled. Has thrown my business into mayhem and I have 20 very unhappy customers who Im sure wont return to me. Customer service is absolutely abysmal - they take forever to get back to you and never explain whats happening, and simply offer apologies which mean nothing at stages like I had gotten to. I encourage anyone to avoid this company - even though it seems easy service, prices are fair - when something goes wrong, you will not be helped in any way, and for this point Im taking my business elsewhere. It will cost me more money but i will have the peace of mind that if something goes wrong, I will be dealt with as I should be, fairly and promptly. This experience after a year of using this service has hugely disappointed and frustrated me and has cost me hundreds of pounds in compensation to my customers. Parcel monkey do not care for individuals and simply are out for themselves. Please do yourself a favour and avoid at all costs.

Impossible to communicate with this company. A waste of time and money taking out any extra insurance. Your much better off dealing directly with a shipper.....Its just like those three monkeys See no evil, hear no evil and speak no evil and well all go away!

Great service for posting gifts to family in the US. Speedy delivery which can be tracked, and notification for the recipient when the parcel is out for delivery. Great value too. Only downside was filling out the customs form, which can be lengthy if you are sending a number of small items; clothing has to be itemised singly- but definitely worth the effort for the peace of mind and safe, secure service. Would definitely recommend!

Lost my parcel and have not made any logical effort to help me. No accountability themselves but also dont ask anything of their couriers. Keep getting irrelevant answers and constant investigations that have taken weeks and then someone ignores all of my information and asks for the same thing I already provided a month ago. DO NOT USE.
