My experience was first class - very easy to deal with, everything straightforward and uncomplicated and it all worked as it should have. I would use it again and be very happy to recommend it to anyone else needing to courier goods.

Collection was over 2 hours late and PM totally unconcerned that we had taken time off work for the collection. They didnt even bother to tell us the collection would be late. They offered us a different collection on a future date.Wont use PM again!

Parcel was returned to me from South Africa to the UK on 22nd of Feb 19, without a valid reason. According to Parcel Monkey it takes 16 business days to reach their warehouse in the UK. Its now 33 business days later, with no update from Parcel Monkey as to where the parcel is or when it is expected. Every time I ask about it you have to type a message to their support team who doesnt have a clue and recite the same apologies/excuses over and over, alternatively you have to raise a ticket and management will get back to you. Well they do without answers. No one takes responsibility, they just pass you around and you cant talk to anybody. Terrible, terrible service!

I am using eBay global shipping program, the address labels you use do not have enough lines to use the whole address: something has to go. I end up writing one of the address lines onto the label with a pen. This is a serious problem, its very easy not to notice it. Needs fixing.

Easy to use. Selection of services and prices. Reliable service. If parcel going from Cornwall to Scotland the day service can sometimes take 2 days,which is fair enough. Would recommend.

Awful service. I paid and (supposedly) arranged for 7no. boxes to be internationally moved to my home country. 1no. box was returned the next day as PM had provided a duplicated label and the carrier (third party) could not deliver this. More than 1 month later and with loads of mails, they only offer a 10% of the price I paid, even though it was their mistake! And of course that box was left behind, to initial address. 2 more boxes were later returned to initial pick up point -I admit that was my mistake for including prohibited items (nail polish and spray)- BUT their condition was unimaginable! Totally ripped and I just by seeing them you can tell items have definitely fallen out. For this, they take no responsibility, they responded that the broken boxes is not proof of potential lost property. Long story short, DONT TRUST THEM, YOU PAY CHEAP BUT THEY DEFINITELY KNOW HOW TO MAKE MONEY BY ROBBING YOU FOR SERVICES THEY DONT PROVIDE.

Parcel monkey do not have a compensation policy. Parcel was booked and DPS was selected for next day collection and 24 hour delivery. This did not happen for one week. In the mean time I chose Royal mail and they were prompt. parcel monkey did not compensate- bad policy.

Ok when everything works but hopeless support if it doesn’t. My package was returned to the sender with a cryptic message (incorrect router label) and I never managed to get an answer as to why this was the case. All information about the package (size, weight, contents etc) was correct and the labels attached were those from Parcel Monkey. The support was dreadful. Trying to get a decent answer was like drawing blood from a stone. The last message I got said that they are unable to pursue the issue further as I hadn’t supplied the requested images. They never requested any images from me but I’d already supplied pictures of the labelled package... clearly just sending pre-written text until the person at the other end gets fed up and writes off the money spent. I’ll never use them again. Googling for this quickly shows that others have suffered with the “support” and that there are other providers with at least half decent support.

Once overcoming the hurdle of password which kept being rejected for some unknown reason despite having it changed several times online, from the moment the parcel was booked to the moment of delivery overseas was almost seamless and very quick. This is my 2nd time using Parcel Monkey and I am very pleased with the service

Sent parcel via parcelforce from norwich to bath. Ended up at parcel monkey hq in Southampton.... sent second parcel and post office could only scan one of the barcodes. Guess where thats heading?! The return address in Southampton yet again. Cheap but useless. Paid for 48hr delivered 7 days later. 2nd parcel is currently traveling round the UK looking for its correct destination as despite being clearly written on the item it has to go where the barcode tells parcelforce to send it. Sort your fing labels out.

Ive been chasing my parcel since 6th February. Every time I contact Parcel Monkey, I receive a typical reply; "Apologies for the delay. Weve contacted the courier and update you shortly". They never update me until I remind them. Again, I get a typical reply from the customer service; Apologies........ Again, they forget about updating me it until I remind them. Ive been repeatedly going through this vicious cycle for the past two months. I cannot bear this anymore.
