Items arrived earlier than expected which was great. HOWEVER, all 4 of the boxes were badly damaged and had clearly been thrown around. Several items were completely ruined including crystal glass belonging to my grandparents which is irreplaceable. Cooking pans have large dents in them and my slow cooker is wrecked.

If I could give this company negative stars on this review I would. Essentially, I had intended to ship 2 packages from the UK to the US, but these were ultimately returned for containing items not cleared for international shipping. Okay, my bad. I didnt pay attention to what I packed in them. I was told theyd need to be returned to the provided return address, which I no longer lived at. I asked if I could update the return address, and Parcelmonkey said yes, if I paid extra. I sucked it up and did so on top of paying the transfer fee to have them return my packages to me to begin with. This entire process took ages. I literally saw customer service reps on their sorry excuse of a customer service chat blatantly ignore me and my attempts to get info on the status of these packages. Finally, since they clearly did not want to actually do their job and help me, they made up some BS excuse about how my packages were lost in the mail, AFTER theyd gotten my money that Id paid to update my return address and to get them to return them. Funnily enough, berating them on twitter got an almost instant response and my packages were magically found within minutes. I finally got them back, 3 MONTHS after this charade began, and I happily paid the full price Parcelforce postage price to re-ship to the US after sorting out the contents. I dont blame the UK Post Office clerk who clearly thought he was doing me a favor by recommending buying postage through Parcelmonkey instead of paying the going Post Office rate, but I will absolutely under no circumstances ever use or recommend this horrible service ever again. Im not a UK citizen, so I know Im not familiar with all the ins and outs of UK laws, but after using Parcelmonkey there I am shocked that the company is allowed to continue operating what appears to be one of the biggest online scams ever. DO NOT waste your precious time, money, or sanity on them.

24hr delivery service took 6 days to get there, and no compensation due to the fact it was eventually delivered, fobbed off with lies that it was being investigated when they never got back to me several times. Avoid unless you dont want your 24hr service delivered until after 6 days

I have used this service three times with two different carriers, all three parcels were delivered on time with no problems. Great service from Parcel Monkey. I dont use any other service now.

Very easy and very cheap to use. Labels to print for posting arrived within 20 minutes. Parcel arrived within 2 days in perfect condition. Would highly recommend Parcel monkey to anybody who wants a good efficient service.

Parcelmonkey site easy to use, however the selected carriers (DHL Parcel ) did not collect the shipment for three (working) days despite being on 24 hr delivery. Request sent to Parcelmonkey asking for compensation due to lateness of collection has not received a reply.

I expected my documents from South Africa today. Just been told that they weren’t collected on Wednesday last week. The web chat operator didn’t seem concerned. Just told me to wait for update and watch the dashboard. As these documents are vital adoption documents, I am beside myself. Can’t phone and speak to someone either as they have no phone support.

Normally parcel monkey is fab and I give five stars but this time a two day service took five days! Should have saved the extra cost and taken a five day service!

The courier didn’t pick up my parcel on the set day and I had to take another day off work to stay home the next day to ensure t was picked up. Also I booked a 5-7 day service for parcel to be delivered and got a message saying it would be delivered on a date which was 9 days after picking it up!!!! Not impressed at all.
