the worst customer service in the world, no telephone option took my money twice, package did not reach and claims team refused to honor the insurance.

They lost my parcel. Agreed to refund me for the postage which was nearly £200 and months later I still havent received the refund. I keep messaging them but customer service is useless and really dont care. Im also trying to get details for their alternative resolution scheme but those messages are being ignore. Literally worst company Ive ever dealt with. Stay away!

Great service - sent a big parcel to Australia. parcel monkey saved me over 50% from what I had been quoted using another online engine. Parcel safely delivered - in one piece and faster than the delivery quote. Tracking information all the way which helped with peace of mind. Great -would not hesitate to use again or recommend

Tthe parcel has not been delivered yet, it is sitting at a depo and not moving. You promissed to deliver it within 3-4 days and it has been now the second week with you and not delivered. I think I need to look for another company. The parc l force is slow and it was so important for me to get it over on time. Now it is too late. I a, sorry but you do not keep the promissed time. Knowing that before I handed out the parcel, I wouldn’t pay this rate and would go for a lower rate or better- would find another delivery company who keeps the delivery time

The ability to gain a price and ETA of parcel delivery is great ......on the downside what was described by DPD as 4 day air mail has still not arrived

Excellent service. Courier arrived as scheduled for collection and deliveries made promptly. Only concern was that both parcels arrived at destination, France, on two separate days. However, both received within 24 hours of each other. Would definitely use this service again. Thank you to all concerned.

I had an urgent parcel that needed to be sent to india. You promised DPD would send within 3-6 days but its been 8 days and the parcel has still not been delivered. My recipient received a call and was expecting an email but didnt receive anything from DPD. He contacted me and Ive contacted DPD via email twice and Exports Team over the phone... they have all the information but the parcel is still sitting in Customs. This was a very urgent parcel and because of its delay it has caused problems and incurred more charges my end.
