system worked well, however parts were on a 24hrs delivery time and arrived after 29hrs delaying repairs

Really easy to use website, found the service I needed, booked and paid for took minutes. Label printed, parcel packed up and collection made no problems what more do you need. Nice and simple, thanks

it would have helped to have some confirmation on the day of collection as to the time window. The day rolled on and the parcel was not collected until after 3pm by which time, as it was a 24 hour delivery, I was concerned it was not going to be collected in time to arrive the following day etc. it caused some anxiety.

Charge me twice for overweight . Tv which I sent was 16kg (weight can be checked on Samsung website) they charge me for 27kg !!!!!!! I paid £60 more !!!!!!!!!

Twice in just over a week I chose DHL via Parcel Monkey to deliver expensive equipment for me. The Parcel Monkey procedure is quite straightforward and once Id made the booking/s within 20 minutes Id received a link to download label/s. I received further communication about collection and the items were duly collected as stated. Next day delivery was also painless and it was even possible to get a text message when the van was on its penultimate delivery.
Very pleased with the service and will not hesitate to use it again when the need arises.

It took them three days for Parcel force to pick the package up. I was promised that it would be upgraded to 24 hour delivery but it wasnt, it took an additional 3 days to deliver - totally unacceptable.

Wanted to post a car part worth £38 to Germany. Post Office wanted £43 ! Parcel Monkey did it for less than £14, including parcel tracking and using the Post Office ! Someone is trying to rip me off ! Cheers Parcel Monkey. ????

Made a booking with them and gave them the size and diamensions of the parcel. Got an email 2 week after booking saying that the item weighed more even though it didn’t and even though the receiver confirmed the weight and the description online on amazon also details the weight took £52.60 for an additional charge out of my bank with out prior warning or communication with me. Been a valued customer for many years! They have lost my custom now.

Missed collection ? 3 people at home at time of said attempted collection and no calling card left to inform me of that. So i waited untill 5 pm to contact parcel force to ask where driver was to be informed by them that I had missed him ..wholly unacceptable.

Always use parcel monkey when sending a large item. Took this particular parcel to post office and would have been £34!!!! Sent with parcel monkey and was just over £12!! Parcel was sent to Spain and I was given tracking and had regular updates if its whereabouts and delivery date and time! 5 ⭐️
