Terrible customer care, I run a business these guys would ruin you given half the chance, There enhanced compensation is a total joke they wont pay out trust me , My advice go elsewhere there not called Monkeys for nothing! I have sent 100 of parcels with them them , They do not value their customers!

SO FAR SO GOOD - DONT FORGET THEY ARE SUPPLYING OTHER PEOPLES SERVICES SO CAN BE LET DOWN BY OTHER PEOPLE SUCH AS GLS THOSE SHYSTERS THAT ARE OWNED BY ROYAL MAIL (THE EUROPEAN DIVISION OF PARCELFORCE) THAT DONT CARE IF THEY DELIVER YOUR PARCEL OR NOT OR IF THEY LIE ABOUT THE ADDRESS OR DONT BOTHER TO EVEN TICKET THE BUYER TO SAY ATTEMPTED DELIVERY AND RETURN IT TO THE UK WHERE SOMEONE OTHER THAN THEM HAVE TO PAY AGAIN FOR THEIR SHEER LACK OF HUMAN RESPECT ! I have used this service to post parcels overseas twice this week and have been so impressed with it that I have no reservations in using it again or recommending it to friends. Parcel Monkey is simple to engage, has clear and unambiguous forms to complete (for customs) and the DPD service is extremely efficient. I am also impressed with the charges when compared to similar services.

This company is a scam. If your parcel is lost then itll be a mission impossible to resolve the issue. Theyve lost my parcel and Ive been chasing the monkey business since February, but no one is bothered to reply to me.

Scam of a company. Beware extra charges after parcel delivered, stating your parcel weighed double the weight and they need photographic evidence to prove you are correct. Stay away! I’m contacting trading standards. Also they store your card details and make fraudelent transactions without your permission

Collection & Delivery , were seamless in their execution & considering my order was for a " next day " delivery , which was placed with " 81 mins left to order " ...remarkable , springs to mind. All in all , an outstanding service , worth every penny.

My parcel was picked up by parcelforce at the end of january. Never received any update or tracking, so I contacted the customer service, here the nightmare begins. It is two months now that parcelmonkey is “chasing up” with the courier (parcelforce) trying to find my parcel. They also asked me pictures of it, clear sign of what was going on, lost. The customer service is not rude they never give a satisfactory answer. My parcel was insured for 200£ and the shipping cost was 90£, money that I want back! But through the chat it’s very difficult to claim anything. Will NEVER use parcelmonkey again.

Parcel monkey advertise the delivery time to Spain 3 to 4 days in fact when I paid the £20.75 fee the delivery time goes up to 7 days. I supplied my full delivery address to Parcel Monkey somehow it changed to half of my address on the package label. I still have not received my parcel after 9 days, more than likely because of this.. SEUR the worst delivery company ever, as they do not contact you if there is a problem like this, they just take the parcel back to the delivery centre..I have been inconvenienced over this. I would not recommend Parcel Monkey I want a refund.

Never again. Cheap but effectively NO customer service “we don’t have a call centre so we can’t phone you.” For over 2 months I have been locked in a never ending chat online thread. Seriel breaches of consumer law. They are now offering me a token payment despite Parcelforce (the actual delivery service for my item - Parcel Monkey are just a broker) seemingly admitting fault. Firms like this come AND GO! Boycott them - sign up to Parcelforce loyalty programme instead - excellent delivery AND CUSTOMER service.

Parcel monkey and the company suggested by them,DPD must be the most incompetent delivery service available......we still have no parcel and no idea when it will be delivered...and the cherry on the cake is no customer service contact to explain, what went wrong and what can be done to remedy the situation, deplorable

Ive sent a parcel to Malaysia in February, chocolates & biscuits and got delivered. But last week I sent same items to Hong Kong but got told parcel will be return to me due to prohibited items! No update or contact to inform me about it? Called up by myself and got told will be return to me! Called to Parcel Monkey got told that this is their policy for prohibited items? Why can sent to malaysia with no problem and this time to Hong Kong got return cos this matters? I have called to Hong Kong customs to check it out and they told me chocolates and biscuits is allow into Hong Kong. What kind of policy is this? I pay £33 for postage. This is a unacceptable services? Why it allow me to fill up the form when I purchase the postage? Wasted my time and money for all those hassle to contact around for an answer! Still Parcel monkey cant give me a right answer why it can be sent the first time to Malaysia and cant sent this time to Hong Kong? Very disappointing with your service! And got a reply with an wrong PM no from you that make it more worst! No given any dates for return my parcel to me. would not using your service again in future and not recommend to any others friends! Avoid this company.....worst explanation from your company! French depots fault.
