DHL collected parcel mid afternoon from Bristol & it was delivered in Hamilton Scotland mid morning the next day. Less than 24 hours, so I call that a great result!

When it works it works fine but if something goes wrong - they are not the fastest at sorting things out. I sent a parcel on 7th Feb, a box, quite heavy, so not easy to lose down a crack in the van. It is now 14th March, and although P.M. are supposed to have forwarded all the details to DPD, nobody has yet got back to me. Hoping for a speedy resolution, but beware. This is not a good experience for me!

I was to send a birthday card to my Uncle in Thailand along with some photos of a new nephew. This parcel was to be collected on a Friday, it didn’t happen and was rescheduled for the Monday, that too didn’t happen. I spoke to someone (although on chat as they don’t have a phone support centre, I now know why because they are shocking with dealing with complaints). And they re-arranges it for the Wednesday. Again this didn’t happen. And at all these times they were unable to tell me why. After discussing it with them they gave me a refund but were unable to compensate me for the 3 missed days of someone staying at my property to pick up the parcel. Shocking service and poor complaints department. Will not be using again.

Basically a good service but you are still placing the senders phone number on the shipping labels where it should be showing the receivers phone number. This leads to customs problems and is serious and is why we dont use Parcelmonkey as much as we used to. We pointed this out more than 3 months ago but its still happening.

After recommendations from friends to use this service, I was pleasantly surprised by the easily curated postage costs. I frequently send post and its a relief to find an array of services quickly to hand when I need it. After the first time using the service, I would highly recommend.

Terrible, con artists when I tried to report a broken item when it reached the customer they just kept letting me fill in on line a bit then taking me off the site to starting all over,there is no one to phone,they blatantly dont want to know when you need to claim,they are total Monkies,dont get conned.

My experience started off well, but then went downhill after. The website was easy to use, i.e. get a price. I needed to send a 9kg parcel oversees. When I was asked to fill in a customs form I have commercial / proforma. I picked proforma, yet I was still asked to add company details and VAT number. I had may items in my parcel, yet I could not just add totals, as each price was different I had to work out the average price to get the correct amount. The parcel was picked up on the date specified, yet no time was given. So I had to wait, luckily it was picked up in the morning. I got the tracking number from the courier and was ok through the UK. When it left the UK it was transferred to a new courier, it was confusing as I was not told which couriers would be used. I received the link for the new courier, but no tracking number. Frustrated I contacted the Parcel Monkey help desk, they gave me the number. They said you have to contact us. But there was nothing on Parcel Monkey website to inform you of this, just frustration I contacted the help desk. The parcel cleared customs on the 7th March and there was no update until the 11th. Just said “given to forward courier”. When the courier phoned my partner for delivery he was asked why have you had this parcel since 7th. He said I have holiday, I am responsible but I wanted a few days off work. He phoned my partner after 11am in the morning. She works late and had already left for work. She finishes at 7pm but the courier flatly refused to work after 6pm. Even though he had the parcel for 5 days. So, he delivered it to her work and she had to carry a 9kg parcel all the way home. Parcel Monkey charged me nearly £60 for the delivery and promised a 2 to 4 day delivery time. I took 8 and was not delivered to her home address.

Missed the pick up on 7/03 due to school run. Have been promised every day that it will be picked up, still waiting . Even though it is parcel force and no actual parcel monkey there should be somebody keeping in touch to ensure things are being done by companies

Poor There was no update for the time of the collection, not even the same day in the morning. I missed one collection and I never got a confirmation email about the new collection day, not being sure if someone would actually turn up. The driver didnt offer to help me with my 15kg package when he came to collect it.

I sent a heavy box that weight 16 kilos with parcel Monkey I dropped it at one of my local stores and within a few days the buyer had their parcel and he had it rerouted to collect at his convenience so all in all you have offered a very good service as I have used you several times and never had a problem I would recommend you to others thank you
