I would have given 5* except for two things, neither of which were really Parcel Monkeys fault. Firstly, DPDs local pick-up shop was not operating just before Christmas, causing a wasted journey and several days delay to the delivery. Secondly, the parcel seemed to get stuck for nine days somewhere in Europe. However, full marks to Parcel Monkey after I contacted them. The parcel was "found" and on its way again within 2 hours and at its final destination in well under 24 hours. This is the first minor hiccup I have had using Parcel Monkey and it will not deter me from using their first rate service in the future.

Group of baboons. Didnt delivery my item and now asking for £12 to return the parcel.Customer service literally doesnt exist. Stay away from these thieves!!!!

EXTREMELY BAD !!! Avoid at all coasts!! Used parcel monkey to ship my phone back to company, they used dpd!! They stole my phone worth £224 & refunded to give me a refund !! The case was ongoing for 2 months! They finally emailed saying they are sorry I’m not going to received my money back!!! They were very unhealthful!!

Run by a bunch of monkeys. A parcel with all contact details for the customer clearly displayed. But some how no one could read this. Numerous discussions and the parcel is, 1 still in Singapore 2 on a slow boat from Singapore.3 destroyed. Pick any option you like because Parcel monkey do not have a clue . Cut a long story short after various emails. The parcel is now back with me and today I receive an urgent email telling me they will destroy the goods .... go on I would really like you to try.

Sent a parcel, clearly addressed to Singapore. It was not delivered. The tracking says. There is a problem with the delivery address. It is not possible to locate the dpd depot in Singapore so I cannot now locate where the parcel is laying! Very frustrating. Singapore is a very advanced society with clear addresses to 99% of the homes. What next?

You will know what I mean when you need to raise an issue with them. Then you will know what absolute bunch of monkeys actually means. I booked a parcel to be sent through parcel monkey and I selected a Parcelforce service to be collected by driver who would be bringing the labelling. I chose to pay a couple of quid extra for insurance as it was a valuable item. It was much cheaper booking through Parcelmonkey, even though it was still going through Parcelforce, which was suspicous and too good to be true basically. A rough and unkempt man came in a plain white van and took the parcel and did not give me any receipt of collection and told my son that it would be sent by email because it was booked online. I tracked the parcel on Parcelforces website about a week later and it showed that is had been collected, but was never logged in at the very next stop: the local collection depot. I spoke to Parcelforce who were very responsive and the next day they confirmed that the parcel was irrecoverably lost and I should submit a claim through Parcel Monkey, which I did online on their website and uploaded a photo of the parcel, as well as the paypal receipt showing that the I refunded the guy who bought the item from me in full. They already have the tracking number and they can see for themselves that it is showing as collected and nothing further. That was on the 13th Dec. Thats when the talking to monkeys started. It is now 7th Jan and Parcel Monkeys say they are still chasing Parcelforce. For what exactly I dont know. The parcel was insured, they lost it and now they are stalling trying every trick in the book asking me for descriptions of parcel, description of packaging, proof of collection etc. Here is a summary of their Monkey responses, all of which I replied to instantly, and bear in mind that from the very beginning they already had all of the information requested, including what was in the parcel: 13th Dec: "courier looking into it" 14th Dec: Can you please provide a full detailed description of how the item was packaged along with a collection receipt if this is possible and the date you have advised the item actually left them. 17th Dec: "Did the courier provide a collection receipt upon collection? Please be advised that this information is being asked by the courier in order to further investigate this matter. " 17th Dec: "Can you please provide a full detailed description of how the item was packaged so that we can forward it to the courier." 21st Dec: "Do you have the collection receipt?" 21st Dec: "we are doing our best to expedite on this matter" 21st Dec: "Please can you also advise what is inside the item here?" 22nd Dec: "we have already rechased the courier regarding this matter" 7th Jan: "I will now forward this to the relevant department to assist you further in this matter."

I have used Parcel Money many time for sending parcels to USA.
I always choose Parcel Force as my preferred courior and in all the years I have never had a parcel go missing or late delivery.
The price is around 50% cheaper than going to Parcel Force direct.

During the December Ive been ordered few times the courier via Parcel Monkey. One item was disappeared and never refunded,even it was insured. One very expensive bath was insured and badly damaged. And was another reason found to not refund. I was their customer for a long time. But wouldnt to recommend it agent to any body. Its looks good price ,but luck to loose your item is too high...

My item wasnt delivered so for a return i had to pay an extra £20 i was already charged 35 so a total of £55 i asked them to refund me what i paid for the delivery and they said we can refund half so then after a week i said again i havnot recieved my refund they sent a fake confirmation of a refund but my bank didnt recieve the refund after i told them i didnt recieve a refund still then they blocked me. i have screenshots of proof.

Asking for a review and still havent received parcel!!! Thats on the 24hr service booked over a week ago. This is largely due to Parcel Force, who are nigh on impossible to communicate with. However I can only rate the service provided hence the solitary star
