Dreadful experience. My next day delivery took 21 days to arrive and when it did arrive, it was broken. Still waiting for an apology/acknowledgement regarding this horrendous service. Sometimes when things seem too cheap, theres usually a reason.

paid for delivery to Eskirsehir in Turkey , got delivered Instanbul week later ,, and thats where it stayed until it was returned back to me after a futher 2 weeks , it was , down for collection , why , i do not know , and the travelling time between the 2 cities is about 6 hours , oh and and for good measure also pay about £40+ for duty,s which was not advised on,, i,ve sent Parcel Monkey a lot of messages , but keep coming back with nothing ,, they are not bothered , they took the money and ran , basically wash their hands of it , 1 star rating is too much , give them a wide birth ,,

My parcel didn’t make it to the destination I’ve send loads of items through them to the same address and they managed to get there before why not this time . And because they couldn’t find address I had to pay for them to return it to me cherk

Inexpensive and accurate. Like Ronseal - does exactly what it says on the tin. Good service - goods delivered sooner than quoted.

If I could leave less than one star I would. I sent a parcel to Canada using Parcel Monkey (via DPD) from the UK and almost THREE MONTHS later its still not arrived. DPD tell me PM did not forward ANY delivery details nor contact information on their system. Parcel Monkey tell me the ONLY way for an investigation to take place is for me to write a physical letter to them including (and I kid you not) a photocopy of the recipients photo ID (why thats relevant I have no idea) so she would have to send that to me from Canada to the UK then I would have to physically send a letter to PM who will then send it to DPD (who "apparently" will only proceed if I send this letter) All I want is for my parcel to be delivered which I have paid them to do. Instead Im left jumping through RIDICULOUS hoops in order to get anywhere. They dont care about their customers in the slightest. All I want to know is where my parcel is and when it can ACTUALLY be delivered instead theyre covering themselves by making me perform *****ic tasks - funnily enough the recipient IS NOT happy to send copies of her photo ID to a company who has NO NEED to see it. Happy to take your money but when they make a mistake its YOU who has to fix the problem. Absolute joke.

Very easy to use! Only problem I had was that I didnt have an email address for the recipient of my parcel so included my own. This wasnt a problem but being that my parcel was going to Germany and I dont speak German, I had to use a translator to understand what the email was saying to me. Thankfully it was positive news and not reporting any problems incurred but I think there should be an option to say that there is no recipient email address.

I booked parcel force services under parcel monkey and my parcel was damaged during transit. It was insured for upto £60 and I filled in all the paperwork and send picture of the damages. Parcel monkey have since refused to contact me about the outcome of this case and have ignored me on 3 occasions. Highly recommend you avoid parcel monkey because they wont help you when s@@t hits the fan.

Unhappy. Used Parcel Monkey twice before to send parcels to US (once Parcelforce, once DPD), and both times the parcels got delivered within the promised timelines. However. This time things went wrong, but I did not get the responses I was expecting. Sent a parcel to US with Parcelforce, 3-4 working days service. At the end of the 4th day when it was supposed to be in US, the parcel was still showing as in the Post Office. Contacted PM, for a week they kept on telling me they are trying to get information from Parcelforce. My customer no longer needed the product, so I refunded the whole thing (product + posting fees). Told PM not to bother, and that I just want a refund. Was asked for the receipts, and was kept on waiting for longer for "investigation". Then suddenly after 2 weeks I got told by PM that "the parcel is in transit". Told them it is too late and that I just want a refund. Someone told me I will get a "full refund", then a few days later another person told me that "we are unable to cancel this as parcel has been delivered". By this time was 3 weeks late. After emailing back, the refund was authorised - but only for the delivery fee, not for the product that I lost money on. At this point now I am just tired of it! Wont be using in the future.
