Easy to place the order. Was then emailed all info and tracking details. Was cheapest option compared to other sites. Item arrived in Germany safely with no problems.

Ive sent out on the 13 Dec, a parcel from the Uk to portugal. The parcel was due to arrive on the 20 Dec between 17:30 - 18:30. My grandma and I were at home all afternoon waiting for it but didnt arrive, no one attempted to call or send out an email giving any explanation. On the next day the 21 Dec, they sent out an email and text message informing that the parcel would be delivered between 14:53 - 15:53 that day, again we were home all day, and, no attempt was made to deliver the parcel, neither any information was given, we stayed till 21:00 waiting. On the 22nd and 23rd, 24th, 25th we didnt receive any information whatsoever... My parcel had all my Christmas presents and didnt arrive on time, worst than that was all the wrong information we got with delivering times and dates, and the complete lack of information and problem solving was appalling, a massive waste of time waiting for the courier to turn up. Ive recorded the problem and dissatisfaction using the "chat" facility which was pretty useless, referring only to my tracking information and asking me to wait longer for the courier (that never arrived). they offer very bad service, they did nothing to solve the problem, neither offer any compensation for all the inconvenience caused. I dont recommend using their service and I will never use it again too.

Parcelforce 48 were a day late on delivery but it was Christmas week. Parcel left safely at local Post Office for collection.

Managed to charge me £54 in additional charges for a £15 delivery, due to "volumetric differences". Basically claiming that two edges of plastic wrapping over a box extended the weight by 400%! Had the receiving store write a formal email confirming the dimensions of the box they received (same as what I shipped) but no joy, even with visible proof (picture of the shipped item). Will definitely not recommend them to anyone for anything

DONT TRUST THIS MONKEY OF A COMPANY. THEY ARE CON AND RIP YOU OFF. SENT A PARCEL TO AN IDI0TS WHO COULDNT BE ARSED TO STAY AT HOME TO RECEIVE IT AND PARCEL GOT RETURNED BUT TO THESE IDI0TS IN SOUTHAMPTON. We posted a large box with parcel monkey and it was collected by Parcelforce to go to Greece on the 3rd December and we tracked it for a couple of days and was “exported” 5th December but NOTHING since. We have pursued both monkey and Parcelforce. Parcelforce say we should pursue them via parcel monkey as the agent but monkey say they can’t get an answer from Parcelforce - after 3 weeks- this is just appalling and hopeless.

Excellent service offering lots of options to suit individuals different ways of working /schedule with drop off or collection of parcels at very competitive prices. And the added peace of mind of tracked service with signature on delivery. Parcel Monkey was recommended to me ~2yrs ago. Have used at least a dozen times. Perfect every time. Have been and definitely recommend PM without hesitation.

I bought Parcelforce service through Parcelmonkey because they offer insurance at a very low cost compared to other resellers. If you pack and label properly youre not likely to need the insurance with major carriers like ParcelForce, so I dont think one needs to pay a lot for it in order for the very few cases where things go wrong to get covered.

The currier called unexpected and left no card when the person was not in. No further attempts were apparently tried and with no success alternative arrangements were made to collect the parcel yesterday.

I paid for the 3-4 day service and it too a week to get to them plus I 78 year old father had to drive to meet the driver at a bar over 40 mins away because the driver didnt drive to the address on the parcel. That is safe to say I wont be using this service again. When I asked my mum about the courier company she said they have never delivered up to this village they only ever drive to a bar and call you.

Parcel Monkey claimed that my parcel was twice the size and over three times the weight that it actually was. And demanded more money. They couldnt tell me the location of the package, couldnt tell me who was responsible for checking the measurements. The emphasis was put on me to provide photos of the package with a tape measure beside, and on scales. They are continuing to challenge my evidence (the parcel actually arrived late in New Zealand and my son was able to provide the photos), and refuse to look into this matter and take my complaint seriously. My Christmas was ruined as my children did not receive their presents on time and I was and still am subject to unnecessary stress. The company are a very bad joke.

Parcel wasnt picked up when it was supposed to have been picked up so I wasted a whole day sitting at home. Parcel hasnt even been delivered to Norway nevermind the recipient. Nor a very good service so far.

I actually do not even want to give you one start as the service was absolutely disappointing and extremely unprofessional. My friend has not even received her parcel for which I paid good money for her to receive it before Christmas and she has been harassed constantly for documents to prove she is the receiver of the parcel. She has provided more than necessary documentation to prove her identity and to date the parcel is still not been given to her. I have also just received an email from you saying that you have charged me an extra £1.59 as the weight for the parcel given is more than what I mentioned. This is totally wrong as I weight the parcel at the post office and the weight I have given is correct. You have taken this extra charge without my permission !! I expect that you not only refund the money I spent in sending the parcel as it has not yet been delivered to my friend in India but the extra charge and delete all or any card details you still have as you are legally not allowed to keep any card details without the permission of the client.
