this company has no professional manners, i started using them as i started a small business i ship goods outside Europe, they lost one of my parcels they kept me waiting for 2 months for an answer, they made a mistake and now they found the parcel but instead of shipping it to the destination they gave me the option to return it to me and i have to pay for that again, BTW they have no contact number, if you have an issue they have an army of people to reply to you by asking you to repeat your issue everytime you chat online wih them. my story still not over with them

Didnt collect the parcel. Wouldnt give an immediate refund even though I paid with Paypal. Dont use. I wouldnt ever use them again.

4 days later I’m still waiting for a parcel that is supposed to be next day delivery. There is no phone number to sort this out so a pretty **** service so far!!!

My husband recently sold two items fairly expensive items on Ebay and used the Parcel Monkey comparison service to find a courier, which was Parcel Force. He paid for the collection and delivery via Parcel Monkey. Everything was packed, weighed and measured ready for collection by Parcel Force. (needless to say he has done this a fair few times!) Upon collection the Parcel Force driver mistakenly added the wrong delivery labels to the goods which resulted in them being sent to the wrong recipients. We reported this mistake immediately to both Parcel Monkey and Parcel Force as soon as we had complaints from the Ebay buyers, but neither company would help us, they simply referred us back to one another passing the blame. Parcel Monkey demanded photographic evidence of the wrong delivery label, and Parcel Force simply refuse to help or even deal with the complaint about the driver because the delivery contract was via Parcel Monkey. Parcel Monkey won’t raise an investigation with Parcel Force unless we can provide photos… but as this has taken us a week to get to this point the people who bought the items off Ebay haven’t got the original packaging any more. The only evidence we have are emails to prove the conversation and the subsequent paypal refunds. But Parcel Monkey are refusing to accept this as evidence. Its so frustrating that neither company will provide decent customer service - weve had to explain ourselves over and over again as there is clearly no record of our complaint. In addition, my husband had to arrange another collection and re-delivery of one of the items out of his own pocket from the customer who was actually quite helpful – but in total he’s lost well over £200 in the value of the goods and courier costs, not only has paypal automatically issued refunds to one of the customers for the goods, he was charged AGAIN today £53 by Parcel monkey in excess weight charges, who told us that it was because the one of the parcels weighed more than was on the delivery label – but the delivery label was on the wrong parcel!!! The charge was passed onto us from Parcel Monkey via Parcel Force apparently. We can’t talk to anyone at parcel monkey about this, their customer service is ridiculous no phone numbers, emails are automated and when we get put through to a manager they simply respond with the exact same message as before without understanding our particular situation. Their facebook chat is about as useful as a wet paper bag. Parcel Force just refuse to accept any blame at all and say its standard procedure without understanding that its their driver who has caused this huge headache! We booked this service in good faith and expected a lot more from both companies in terms of customer support. Needless to say were extremely disappointed and far worse off then before. Well never be compensated for the days weve spent trying to fix the most basic of errors - which two huge service providers should be able to do without any fuss at all. Well be contacting Trading Standards as this is utterly ridiculous.

Useless After 10 days the only thing I have got is apologies for the inconvenience and telling me DPD has never replied to them for 10 days I called dpd opened a case dpd did their search (which takes 5 days)found out parcel has been lost but I cant get my claim back because parcel monkey says DPD never replied to them for 10 days????!!!! its actually extremely irresponsible I was the one that called I opened a case I chased for the answer of the case did all parcelmonkeys incompetent staffs job but they cant even do a refund I guess people should really think of the quality of a company which doesnt even have a phone number.....

Total disaster! Failed to another courier on two separate occasions! Customer Service is all online and is totally ill equipped to provide any meaningful information. I would not use these guys again! Embarrassed me in front of my customer!

damaged the parcel and refused to compensate even though I paid for extra insurance. Contacted them immediately when the parcel arrived, and the postman signed a form to prove the parcel arrived in a damaged condition, then parcel monkey denied the claim and said the claim is not authentic. what a joke. editted: Ok here is why the claim is rejected: parcel monkey said they have sent a letter to the receiptent and the receiptent has to sign and send the letter back within 30 days of that day. Within 30 days I kept telling parcel monkey the letter did not arrive, and on the 31th day parcel monkey rejected the claim and said the receiptent failed to response within 30 days and the claim is not authentic. Well, the letter never arrived. After they rejected the claim and whatever I say they just response with “thank you for your feedback” kind of thing. Well played parcel monkey, nothing else to say.

Booked in for an air express 2-4 days international courier service. Parcel monkey failed to collect the item . On contacting the customer service, very cold reply and advised to re schedule collection. Strongly wont recommend if you are looking to send important document.

Service?? WHAT service?? Tracking , None existent.. E-mail ??? Dont waste your time ..Three e-mails sent , no one bothered to answer. On line chat ?? FORGET IT.. Samantha.. you are a lier ..Have you bothered to get back to me as PROMISED ??? ..Like hell you have . Company is a total waste of time they dont give a hoot about you or your goods.. Even worse than my hermes ,,and that is saying some thing . Avoid this company like the plague And of course now we have Mike and his " kind regards " Yes mike I KNOW you compare the prices of the many different courier services ...But what you DONT DO is answer E-MAILS from customers So WHY is it SO difficult ?? or is it that you just dont give a hoot ?? And why is it your tracking is NONE EXISTENT ??? ..Is it so difficult to make it work ??. Or to simply UP-DATE it every now and then ?? First time user; and it was a straightforward, hassle-free process. Takes out the stress of finding an appropriate courier service.m There were no issues with the door to door service provided by parcel force. Will definitely use Parcel Monkey again.

I am actually lost for words with regard to my experience. 1. Sent a radiator back to seller on 6 April. A day later I had the same freight company asking to collect it. After nit having received a refund for the radiator I contacted the seller and was told they had no record of receiving it. I then tried to use the tracking link provided and it was a dead end. On 19 April I contacted Parcelmonkey and since then it is going back and forth. Or should I say forth, as I seem to have to chase an answer. 2. I then made the mistake to send another parcel on 30 April. I received an email in the morning announcing the courier in the afternoon. Five minutes later I had someone ringing the doorbell, collecting the parcel. And again in the afternoon. Needless to say the tracking didn’t work again. The next day delivery apparently did not arrive and I can’t prove anything as the tracking doesn’t work. I honestly can not understand how this can happen twice. I paid for insurance, please start the insurance claim process. I had now a reply stating that without a proof of collection they can’t do anything. On neither occasion I was given a receipt. Taking into account that I was in touch with you on the second occasion the minute it had been picked up, querying what is going on and why the tracking doesn’t work, a reply like you gave me is an insult.

Absolutely awful customer service, I have used these a few times to book parcels, first couple of times no issues but the past 3 months their service has been terrible. Firstly the courier damaged one of my parcels which I sent photographic evidence to parcel monkey, they kept fobbing me off saying nothing they can do but eventually sent me a long form to fill in which wasn’t even relevant to my claim, they offered no compensation at all so wouldn’t even bother insuring your goods! Second issue I had with them was with a parcel I sent in April, parcel was collected and delivered fine and then 11 days later I get a £52 charge to my bank card from parcel monkey, so I message them and apparently the box I sent was larger than I stated (this was not true) they said I had to provide proof (pictures with a tape measure) to prove the box was what I stated. Obviously I didn’t have this as I never ever take pictures of the parcels before I send them. They were unwilling to provide proof of the invoice stating these bogus claims! If you’re going to make up bogus charges at least acknowledge the consumer at the time of collection or at the very latest on delivery not 11 days after delivery! Bogus avoid!

The charge was based on volumetric weight which is based on the dimensions (length x width x height)

If the dimensions are slightly out then this will result in the volumetric weight being incorrect and therefore result in an additional charge. The courier measures the dimensions with extremely accurate laser measuring technology.

Parcel Monkey broke my luggage that I was moving from one country to another. I have sent them the pictures and made a claim for the damage, but they refused to compensate me for the damage they caused. Now, my newly bought luggage is a garbage. I do not recommend this company. Note: I dont need an explanation why my luggage was broken. I gave you a nice undamaged luggage and you returned it wheels broken/ missing and large cracks on it. If you want to help, give me a new luggage.

Monkey Parcel is by far the best and cheapest option when it comes to shipping items all over the world. For me it was the from the UK to the Maldives, which is usually very expensive! Everything went very smoothly and the package was picked up on the day requested, I was able to track my items every step of the way and it arrived on the day that was estimated. I will defiantly use this service again. Thank you!

An Absolute terrible situation They did not reply to my emails, if they did it was at least 10 hours after I sent them. Sent the wrong information to the shipping company, and gave me a collection date that has been cancelled by themselves the same day. They still charged me after the probably most awful costumer service I have ever experienced with a shipping company. Charged me, even by not even picking up or trying to pick up the parcel on the day chosen. Sent the drivers to a closed office, even if I did tell them when to go and who to contact. I do not recommend their services, and will never ever use them again. Use UPS, something secure and something to trust.

Booked parcel collection a week ago for next day delivery. Still waiting for it to be collected. No comms from UKMail regarding collection. Suspect error is with UK Mail rather than Parcel Monkey but have to rate the experience as 1 star as a result.

Very poor contact service dosnt exist package still not arrived after 5 days no contact with MP paid for 2 day service not got no idea where the package is no idea how to claim on insurance in fact I know nothing will never use them again and suggest those that do take note that there is no way to to have contact through email and voice.

I have previously given parcel monkey good reviews but this time I feel really let down. DPD were meant up pick up my parcel but let me down 2 days running. That was DPDs fault not parcel monkey. But when I contacted Parcel Monkey I discovered that you could only email or web chat no phone number. The person an web chat just booked my parcel for a third day saying she could not contact DPD to see what the problem was and could not check that it would definitely be picked up save me wasting another day waiting about. I contacted DPD who were also unhelpful and could not track the order with the information given by Parcel Monkey. I contacted PM again and was told this time they would contact DPD to see what the problem was and get back to me. That was 5 days ago. I finally found the number for DPD head office and they were much more helpful. Sorry You really failed me this time PM. Wont be using you again.
