It was my first experience with Parcel Monkey.
All was delivered fast. Placing order was straight forward. Was a bit confused by slight delay of receiving labels. But all went well in the end. Considering it was Christmas period, all went well.
Will use Parcel Monkey again

In one hand, the "sign up" and "send a parcel" were quite easy and straightforward, good point. On the other hand, the customer service was slow and, in my opinion, not very useful. In my case, they didnt give me enough information about when my parcel was going to be collected, so I wasted an entire day at home waiting for DPD and the delivery man didnt come. Had to spend another day at home. A total mess. I will probably use it again because of the price, but taking my parcel directly to a pick up location.

To any eBay.co.uk business or individual looking use parcel monkey. In my honest opinion as an Ebay seller, parcel monkey has messed me around and not only damaged my reputation with a client, but has dropped my perfect 100% satisfaction rating damaging my reputation. i sent a large parcel through parcel monkey via DX. DX came a day later than was agreed (not good when you pay for a next day service). Then the item i sent got there absolutely beaten. when the customer send me over the photos i uploaded them and opened a case with parcel monkey for insurance( item was insured for full value). nearly a week goes by with me messaging them every single day asking when will the claims department get in contact with me. to which i havent had a response. my time is valuable and my customers even more, and to be messed around and ignored when you pay for services is disgusting. If parcel monkey gets this sorted i will remove this but un till such time i will post on all of there posts.

Please dont ever use this company worst experience ever. I paid extra money for the next day collection which they failed to collect. contacted customer service the re booked it for next day collection again which they failed to collect again. contacted customer service again with same excuse worst thing is you are not able to contact the courier company yourself and parcel monkey customer service is so poor that all you would hear is words they will try to tell you they have sent an email to courier company with no response from them over and over again . avoid ...............

Terrible service. Drivers were rude to me and rang my doorbell 3 times and moaned that I took a while to come down from my top storey flat! Lady and guy driver. Guy accused me of lying when I said it takes a while to come down. No contact number to complain officially. Telling every person I know to avoid this company. Appalled to be spoken to in that way, especially on my own doorstep.

Fabulous service. Friendly collection from my door on Tuesday, arrived in rural France on Thursday. 17.5 kilos shipped for under £15 following house clearance after the death of our dad. Nothing of value, exactly, but all delivered safely. Will certainly use again and have already recommended to friends.Thank you for delivering fond memories to my sister.

Parcel Monkey is highly unprofessional company. They have lost 2 of 3 parcells, no one knows where they are, and replys we receiving are: Hello, Apologies for the inconvenience. Please be advised that we need to wait for couriers update for this to resolve accordingly. Kind regards, Had a chat with the Courier ( DPD btw dont use as well ), and have been advised that no one from parcel monkey had contacted them. Unprofessional staff from both ends, no one takes responsibility, i have been asked 4 times to describe packages and items sent ( they clearly dont read what previous conversation had been about ). They dont have telephone number to call customer service. Finally - there is no ability to upload CCTV footage of collection ( which i have ). Hoping to get legal help as this sort of service has no place to exist in 21 century NO NO NO, save money and send with other services. AVOID

Fab. Only thing is to double check if the printer not required really does mean that. We still had to print labels despite the icon showing that a printer wasnt required.

I booked an international parcel & during the booking process I had to fill in the parcel contents & values for custom purposes. The email that I received, even though had "Customs Docs" in the title only contained the label & no custom documentation. I assumed that the courier would add this since I had completed all the relevant details during booking While in transit, the courier added a label incorrectly stating that the value of the goods was £28. As a result parcel got held up by customs for over a month, meaning Christmas presents didnt come in time, & incurred a penalty of £60 plus fees of about £25. I created a customer services ticket but the responses to my messages were unsatisfactory & irrelevant. I suspect that they use some automated software for dealing with enquiries as two of the customer service replies were duplicated word for word, twice, & werent relevant to my question. I have created a 2nd ticket with the subject "FAO Manager", as direct by whoever deals with Parcel Monkeys FB messenger account. I received a poor response & nothing since. Parcel Monkey have obviously made a mistake & they dont want to accept responsibility. Their customer service is appalling.

Was very sceptical about using this service but it turned out to be excellent. Parcel posted in England on Friday arrived in rural France on Tuesday.

Terrible service! I sent a parcel weighed at 2.8kg by myself, which was delivered. A few days later I received a message saying that I would be charged extra as they weighed the parcel at 4.4kg. Where this measurement comes from I dont know, as it was weighed twice on 2 different luggage scales at under 3 kilos! As I had no proof of the original weight, I was charged extra. Still waiting 4 days later for a reply,and the extra charge taken from my account. Would not use these theives again

I use couriers to get a monthly parcel from the UK to France and this is the first time I have used Parcel Monkey - I will certainly use them again if the first experience is anything to go buy. Parcel collected in good time on the day and delivery also as promised. Excellent value as well which is a huge bonus!!

The delivery was fantastic but the communication was less than perfect. I was told at first that the driver would bring a label, then I was told I had to print the label myself. The web page told me both things at once.
Not having the page updated frequently when I was very worried about sending a thing added to the worry, but I felt better with the understanding I had chosen a good professional moving company.

This company is as close to thieves and liars as you can get. Ive had four (4) failed collections by DX, despite assurances that they would collect. So for four days Ive had to stay in for nothing AND NO EXPLANATION. They took my money but have provided nothing but lies. The worse company Ive ever come across. AVOID
