FAILED COLLECTION! I paid for 2 orders order 1: collection from my home address in the south east of England and delivery to north Scotland. (this was collected and delivery as should be) order 2 :(booked at the same time as order 1) collect from the Scottish address where order 1 was being delivered and deliver to my home address. That is were it went so wrong! They did not collect it, in fact it was only after I complained did the courier collect Christmas presents from nanny and then take 8 days to delivery them on a 48hr delivery! Sadly Parcelmoney were USELESS and just wanted to hide behide T&Cs! They clearly did nto care as they had my money!! Very poor service and always blaming the courier! when it appear they had NOT booked the collection.

I paid extra for a 24hr service and my parcel wasn’t collected. Took then approx 30mins on live chat to sort out collection having to ask twice if the care agent was still there. Was advised to contact afterwards to arrange a refund after the delivery had been made. I have an ongoing message thread which has lasted 2 weeks where I was promised a refund but it didn’t come through and was later quoted t&cs and it was then retracted. Still no refund and parcel arrived 3 days late.

Happy with the service. Arrived when stated. Sent 25kg parcel to Spain. Parcel Picked up by Parcel Force and delivered by DHL. Put 4 star because Parcel Force didnt call to pick up parcel and for a few minutes I wasnt home when they came. I had to rearrange collection the following day by calling the local branch. DHL Spain did call to deliver so no problem. Contents of parcel arrived in perfect conditions. Will use this service again.

Really pleased with the service and price. Collection was quick as was delivery - UK to New Zealand in 6 days including Christmas Day! Brilliant.

Not even worth one star. I was waiting 10 days for my collection booking to take place and 10 days later I was advised that I need to rebook collection for next year. What kind of service is this? This lack of responsibility now has a nockoff affect on my client who has been waiting for the goods way too long and is demanding compensation. If you cannot deliver your service you should be upfront with your customers from the start so they can use other courier services.

Poor customer service, completely ignorant - they have no call centre therefore it is very difficult to contact them and explain the situation. Live chat is the only option and during 30 min live chat you can write with 5 different people to whom you must explain the situation 5 times.

Abysmal service. Do your research. The internet is full of warnings about them including Money Saving Expert. All the warnings I have read are true . When things go wrong the courier wont deal with you and no one at Parcel Monkey will speak to you. This is now my third day of trying to find a missing parcel that is over two weeks late.

Worst experience i have ever had ,complete shambles no phones so you cant speak to anyone to find out what the hell was going on ,had to use a live chat link which took ages for someone to read my question then the reply i got was sorry how can i help. All i can say is steer clear of PARCEL MONKEY it is run by MONKEYS .Sorry to be offensive to monkeys because to be fair i think they may have been more helpful

Good value service, i saved over 50% on the courier price by using Parcel Monkey compared to going to the courier directly, dont know how thats even possible but im not complaining. I sent a large parcel 95x28x52cm @16kg from East Anglia to Dorset for about £11.80.
Would definitely use again.

Parcel collected a week ago on a 24 hour delivery and still not delivered...trying to get some sense out of them but currently been waiting half an hour for a response on their live chat system following a simple question of when will this be delivered.. So far weve been lied to and fobbed off...this was a Christmas gift which is why we booked a 24 hour delivery...it would of been quicker for me to drive the silly amount of hours and deliver it myself! Not happy...saga still on going

Awful service and very poor customer service..... Sent a parcel via parcelmonkey on the 3 December 2017 on an express delivery... it is now the 29th december and still no sign of the parcel.... when contacting parcelmonkey (no phone - so can only use message) i get s standard pre typed response. we have contact the courier in question and are awaiting a reply from them.... i have message parcelmonkey almost every other day but still only get the same response.... AVOID AT ALL COSTS.... They are also unwilling to send claim forms for the delivery..... they response is - we can only send claim form once the delivery has been made..... so what happens if the delivery is not made? to that i get the same response - we can only send claim form once the delivery has been made

***************DO NOT USE***************** I paid £62.00 to have my sons gift delivered in 4 days. The parcel arrived in the country on 12th December it is now 29th December and the parcel has not arrived. I contacted Parcel Monkey who said they had emailed Parcelforce and they have done and refuse to do anything other than that. I tried contacting Parcelforce but they say their customer is Parcel Monkey and they cannot deal with me. I have now spent 3 days trying to get a response and all that they say is we have emailed. PARCEL MONKEY IS NOT TO BE TRUSTED.

I had a parcel that needed to be returned to Amazon. A previous parcel I returned with these people went well, I filled out their form concerning the dimensions, the weight the value of its contents ect, paid the amount due and sure enough, they turned up next day and collected the parcel. However, I then, a month or so later, had to return another and seeing as I cant get out of my flat, I cannot take any parcels to any collection points, and so, Amazon, this time, sent me a return paid, label. The thing is, this companies form does not allow a customer to state this, there is no such question as, Have you got a returns paid label. So, I tried to phone them to find out what to do, but there is no such number, apart from one that I believe would cost a small fortune from a mobile, which is all Ive used for about 5 years or so. So, I emailed them, asking them to either get back to me, or simple arrange a collection ... No reply. I emailed them a second time, again no reply. I have now, a month or so later, contacted Amazon and they solved the problem for me, thank you Amazon. As for Parcel Monkey, they are, as far as Im concerned, ignorant people. And there is enough ignorance in this country now, without it being installed into a companys articles. It takes a few minutes only to reply, even if that reply is not what you want to hear, it is probably up there in the most important area of a companys existence, that they, Look after the customers, even when you cant!

Really bad. Completely let down. I have sent presents to my family and I paid door to door. At the destination the package is stopped and my family has to go for collecting it there and pay an extra which was not advise by Monkey Parcel as I paid DOOR TO DOOR. When my family open the package what is the surprise that the most expensive items are not there!!!. By the result, Xmas completely ruined.

We recommend this company highly. Have used their services on numerous occasions for both local and international parcel deliveries without a hitch. The most recent delivery was over this xmas period and the parcel arrived in South Africa 4 days ahead of schedule.

I was waiting for them to pick up my parcel, when they came all I got was a paper slip saying they will come next working day, I was staying at home just because I was expecting them, didnt give me a call when arrived, didnt bother to ring a door bell. When I cancelled and requested a refund I was told to send email to other company which got back to me and said only Parcel Monkey can issue my refund. Very bad experience.

Had a good experience with this service. Sent just before the last posting dates for Xmas and parcel got delivery reasonably quickly. Was able to keep track of progress online which was kept up to date. Very good value for money and cheaper than the other websites that I searched. Would recommend and use again!

Absolutely terrible service - avoid at all costs! They never updated their tracking information during the whole delivery. Live Chat help was completely useless and unresponsive. Just take a look at the number of people complaining on Twitter for some insight into this companies incompetence.

Worst service ever. During the transport my suitcase has been damaged and instead send it anyway they sent it back and let me pay the cost for it. After one month and a half Im still trying to find where is my suitcase. No tracking sistem, incompetent staff, no other ways of communication but email. Nobody looks its caring to give me some real help. If you care about your parcel, dont use this service.
