2 day service DPD, picked up ok and will eventually (still waiting day 5) by Chronoposte. If I had known Chronoposte was involved would not of used them as they are the worst. DPD deception, very slow and poor service, assuming it eventually arrives.

I guess at the end of the day the performance of the end couriers reflects on Parcel Monkey. Booked two heavy parcels for collection. Parcel Force collected at 09:30 the next morning - and delivered within 48 hours. So thats five stars. Second collection was with DX. They did not show. Complained to Parcel Monkey the following morning, they re-booked collection for the next working day. First issue is that Parcel Monkey had no idea that DX had failed to collect. DX still failed to show the second time. Again Parcel Money had no idea that DX had failed to show up twice. Ended up booking with DPD via Parcel Monkey myself but had to drive 12 miles round trip to drop the parcel off instead. Delivery was then within 48 hours. So Im not sure if Id book via Parcel Monkey again. In my opinion they need to be completely on top of no shows and take action / remove unreliable couriers from their portfolio. Personally I would never, ever, entertain using DX again.

Whilst Parcel Monkey is easy to use and offers a selection of delivery time frames and costs from various suppliers, on this occasion the items delivered by DPD did not arrive in the time frame expected. I chose their service as it clearly stated delivery would be made within 3 to 5 days. Delivery actually took 11 days which meant the parcel did not arrive in time for Christmas. I would expect the timeframes offered to reflect the busy holiday period.

MY EMAIL TO PARCEL MONKEY: Let me make it clear to you: Our Client posted back doors to on the 21 December, we are the sellers. Since then we have not received this parcel and you are saying that you cant refund money because the parcel was not delivered yet, but this is the point! # I am asking you to refund the below amount in the previous email becaUSE your courier simply lost this parcel. Over two weeks and no parcel, no track of where is it etc. I hope you understanding it better now and will forward refund form ASAP, If not as I said we will make sure trading standards is informed about this, as a company who runs the business in the UK we are protected by the law which you do not follow. I have sent my parcel to Germany on the 31st of December ...it has only just been exported to Germany and still isnt with them. It probably wont arrive for another 2 or 3 days. Price was good...delivery time is poor

Horrendous service! The online only "customer service" is totally useless. Ive uses them 3 times to send parcels and had lots of problem all 3 times! Never again! Its definitely worth paying a bit more elsewhere and get efficient help and support if and when needed.

Parcel took 7 calendar days from UK to Philippines including new years day, Friday to Friday. Tracking shows attempted delivery, but nothing was presented to the Apartment building front desk and no one called the local mobile number clearly displayed as part of the shipping address. Still waiting for delivery which could be Monday now. It would be good if you knew who the delivery agent would be when you post so you can contact them directly in situations like these

I have sent 2 parcels over a week in November 2017 ,its now 5th Jan 2018 and there still have not got there, emailing Parcel Monkey is just a wast of time over the last 6 weeks .keep replying ,will advise you accordingly once the courier responded to us ,so the courier has not responded in 6 weeks. ITS BEST TO PAY THAT BIT MORE AND GET YOUR PARCEL WHERE YOU WANT IT THEN NOT AT ALL. PLEASE USE A PROFESSIONAL COMPANY THEN A FEW MONKEYS TO DELIVER YOU GOODS.

Sent two parcels GuangZhou, China. We took them to our local Parcel Force depot on Wednesday and off they went no problems. We arrived in GuangZhou on the following Tuesday and on Wednesday we recieved a text from China Post that a parcel was waiting outside our appartment for delivery. Briiliant service, however, there was just one parcel! Phoned China Post who didnt know about the second parcel. After another week we eventually we tracked it to China Customs. It was being detained for inspection. Three weeks later we got the parcel after paying tax with some items missing. Advice to Parcel Monkey use Courier who get it through customes rather than Parcel Force who pass it to China Post who are really hopeless and wont deal with China Customs,

I sent an item to Germany and I also got extra rotection for damage or loss. The buyer contact my that the item has been damaged during transit I then contact parcel monkey after several weeks of investigations I was told there is nothing they can do as the buyer did not get back to them. You should not lie about your insurance because you don’t acknowledge it at all

Was surprised that Parcel Monkey was a clearing house for parcel delivery services. The first company I chose from their list, which they said was of firms in my area, said they were not available in my area! Thats a bit frustrating for starters! Eventually ended up with the Post Office parcel service, which did its job in picking up the parcel when it said it would, and - I hope - delivered it to Amazon. I cant really give Parcel Monkey unstinting praise as Ive only had the one experience, and am not sure why Parcel Monkey exists.

you are given a time for collection of parcel from 08:00 to 18:00 only. nothing more specific. does the company really expect people to stay in all day long. absolutely terrible service and will not use again.

Good service unfortunately the Spanish end let you down. Seur said they would deliver between 10.30-11.30. I sat by the door and they did not arrive. I then received and e mail saying they called at 11.20am and no one answered. They did not call to my home

Absolutely appalling service. Very little email correspondence in the way of confirmation. Paid for next day collection but the Courier missed my collection date twice. This becomes particularly problematic when their only form of customer service is through live chat. To attempt to reschedule for a third collection I waited on live chat for 50 minutes. I sent multiple messages in this time, which were all "read" by a Representative but not responded to. Finally had to email their customer complaints in an attempt to cancel the order, in which they ignored and rescheduled another delivery. After some conversation I finally managed to cancel. Reimbursement is not instantaneous however - passed to financing department with expected return of 3-5 days, which Im yet to receive. Not a single sincere apology. If you value your time and service I would suggest avoiding this Company like the plague.

I used parcel monkey as both parcel force and the post office have previously struggled with the address as its in southern Ireland and there are no post codes, which meant the parcel would be returned marked insufficient address . Last year i tried parcel monkey to see if that was more successful and my parcel arrived within 3 days. This year parcel momkey used parcel force and yet again there was problems with them stating it was insufficiently addressed. I only discovered this by tracking it - no one attempted to contact me to try and rectify the problem. in the end the recipient had to pick it up from the depot themselves Very poor
