This was a fantastic site
Royal Mail wanted £49 to return a Christmas tree which I think is absolutely ridiculous but this site was only £16

Prices are ok and the delivery times arent too bad but tracking information is diabolical. On the few times that I used them, all I get is " Thank you for your booking we have informed DX" and this was 6 days ago. I do not have a clue at what stage my parcel is at, whether it is coming today, tomorrow or whatever. Sort this out and youll get another star!

still no delivery of Christmas gifts to family and poor communication, finding it hard to find out how to claim on the insurance I paid extra for will not be using this service again.

Still no delivery...avoid! Dear James, I have already raised a ticket through your customer service but nothing has happened in two weeks. Also, telling me to raise a support ticket does not fix my issue, and is a little patronising. Please address my concerns or I will have no choice to contact Trading Standards. Regards, Nardos

UK to India parcel delivery, door-to-door. Booking was easy enough, and useful tracking details were emailed OK. UK courier pick-up was on time within the hour indicated. The delivery then took 16 days, a longer period than first stated when this was booked. In addition to that my Indian recipient informs me he had to pay more cash to the delivery driver before the parcel was handed over. Sounds like some doorstep taxation to me. Overall, already costly, and now Ill have to send more money to cover the doorstep charge too, so I doubt I would use the same delivery agent again.

I arranged a parcel to China via DPD using parcelmonkey. On the collection day, despite being home waiting for the courier all morning with my phone on me, I received a text message informing me that I was unavailable for the collection... At no point did the courier call me or ring my doorbell or knock. parcelmonkey have arranged another collection tomorrow but I no longer have any faith in this company and I shant be using them ever again.

I have booked courier with DPD on 26th of December to another courier on 27, but he never turns up. Then I rescheduled pick up for next day before 12, no results. Im so disappointed, people from parcel monkey were helpless and only resolution was a refund of the money and I waste a whole day waiting for the driver. Dont recommend.

Confirmed a pick up on the 22nd an changed on the 27th. No one text me or advise me of timing. I chatted with PM and in the end nothing was booked, so i booked for the 29th and after 30min the courier was at the door collecting the parcel. Obviously the bar code was different so he wasnt going to take the parcel. At the end he took the parcel. I hope that my parcel will be on the way and not in the garbage.

Parcelmonkey put me in touch with parcel force who came to the house to collect 3 parcels to be sent to Switzerland. Delivery man came on time specified and was friendly and helpful. Parcels took longer to arrive at destination than expected but tracking was convenient. The parcels arrived in good order. Thank you. PS Parcelforce was also the cheapest option!

Dropped off our parcel at Sainsburys, which was straight forward. It arrived safely at its destination in Kentucky. No issues tracking its passage to the USA, which was about one week. Overall very happy with the service provided.

Hi i am writing this review based on my personal experience with them. Firstly, I would not recommend anyone to use ParcelMonkey and this if for a few reasons. The first reason, is if you wish to contact them, they do not offer any phone services, only via email which unfortunately they take a long time to respond. The second reason, there “restricted” items is different to the courier items which resulted in my item not being sent. I fount this frustrating and would of expected a new delivery free of charge or a refund, which none were offered.

Excellent service - couldnt fault them. They were way cheaper than the Royal Mail service. The parcel was delivered from the UK to the USA in less than 4 days! Would definitely recommend them.

Reached France very quickly but your parner organisation did not leave a card when my sister was out when they tried to deliver. So we did not know where the parcel was. She had to phone around to track it down. Disappointing.

Sending parcel to Holland and it took 4 days for it to be picked up from the 1st drop off point. Christmas presents for grandchildren now expected in the New Year!!!! Not happy

Brilliant service, I chose one of the DPD options available.
They collected the parcel from my house within a given one hour time slot, and delivered it on time.
Cheaper and easier than going to a post office to boot!

Please be aware of this awful company. You pay for a service that they dont provide and there is no follow through at all. If there is a problem with your shipment, they do not provide costumer service, and there are no option for phone contact. I have been emailing back and forth now for 4 weeks and not one person reads the emails before so they ask the same questions repeatedly. 4 weeks and I have not been able to get a simple receipt for the summery of my charges. My package was 4 weeks late.

Terrible. Booked express service . Should have Arrived 21december 2017 from uk to Adelaide Australia. It didn’t. Tracking showed collected from in uk 14th dec and arrival and customs clearance in australia on the 18 dec. scheduled for delivery 21 dec. then no tracking. There is 10.5 hour time difference between uk & Australia We Could get no information from parcel monkey themselves they said they would email the carrier. This was useless because of the different time zones.. the upshot we ended up finding a number for dpd ...but they said the parcel was in transit and we would get it after the 27th December. This was terrible news as they were my little boys Christmas presents. 2 of the 3 parcels arrived after Christmas on the 28th.Dec. ..still waiting for parcel 3. I paid £95 gbp for this delivery and had to buy replacement toys for Christmas Day... today is the 29dec and parcel 3 still has not arrived and no tracking info displayed

I paid for a delivery in 3 days to France to be delivered by 25th December by DPD. The tracking is not working and the online help says delivery due 29th Dec and it must have been delayed due to the holiday. How odd it seems Christmas came as a surprise too this delivery company. Won’t be using this co again.

Parcel number 1 was due to be picked up but no one came, parcel 2 was due the next day, no one came even after an email was received stating the time on both occasions. Several calls later by me and they finally sent someone out. Pretty poor.

Paid for parcelforce 48. Collected on 21st (thurs) so should have been delivered by 23rd. 1st delivery attempt made on 27th! ! In the past I have had only good experiences and although the problem lies with Parcelforce, when I contacted Parcel Monkey the response was less than I expected. I will still use Parcel Monkey for the value but actually I paid for a service that I didnt exactly receive.

Good quick delivery England to France considering the time of year, little bit disappointed it didnt actually achieve 2 day delivery as specified - but that was due to Amazon being late in delivering a present to me so the parcel left on 22 Dec and was delivered to Toulouse on 26th Dec.
