Where do I start. I used parcel monkey for Courier express delivery from UK to USA. Using Online service I had no option to drop the parcel myself at Courier which is a shame since I live close to it. I paid online on late evening expecting for Courier to pick my parcel up some time next day. In late afternoon of that day I got bit worried that it was getting late and I had no update or window information so I called Courier. After their customer service person clearly struggling with my question on when should I expect the parcel to be picked up I was put through to the manager whom informed me that they dont have a booking raised for my parcel picking. They had the number which I gave them but they didnt know why they had no info from parcel monkey to pick my parcel up! I was then advised to call parcel monkey ASAP and ask whats going on otherwise my parcel wont be picked up on that day. Of course there is no way to contact you over the phone. At that point my patience run out and I passed the case to my partner. He tried to speak to your customer service on your chat. What a joke that is! Waiting for 15-30 for a replay each time he asked a question is a joke that I have never seen! We were told that the parcel wont be picked by Courier but by yodel and then passed on to Courier. The girl could not answer why we were not advised about this from the beginning and I why I was given Courier ref number. The person talking to us was dreadful, uninformative, misleading and avoiding any answers! The fact we had to wait for more than 15-30 minutes for any reply is crazy! At the end, literally at 6pm my parcel got picked up (while we were still waiting for a replay) by Courier driver not yodel!!! He said we couldve just dropped it off at the Courier depot and skip this all nonsense! Worst customer service ever! Your customer service person ended our conversation asking "so was the parcel picked up at the end?" my partner replied and asked another question but we have never heard back from that person!!! The chat was still open on my pc for another 3h and we heard nothing back!! No answer, no question if theres anything else you can help with. Nothing, just rude person ending conversation with rude sentence. Truly terrible. Im running by business and often talking to all sort of customer service advisors but this was the worst by far!

Great service. Sent a large parcel to my daughter in France. She received it in 3 days (so surprised as left it late and didnt expect it to arrive in time for Christmas) Thank you Parcel Monkey. Will definitely use again and recommend to others x

Collected the next day, constant updates on parcel status and delivered to rural France 49 hours after collected from me. Such great value too. Thank you for delivering Christmas for us! ????

Sister put me on to Parcel Monkey when I was going to use Parcel Force and PM saved me £7 (5% saving); dropped off parcel to Dpd Collection point and arrived at destination with 48hrs in great condition.... great money saving site and easy to use... brilliant.

The fault was entirely with the shipping company, Dpd who failed to pick up the parcel. I found out, that Dpd designated this domestic pick up to the businesses courier! Meaning waiting in all day (a thursday), for nothing, because notwithstanding all the technology available, Dpd and Parcel Monkey failed to communicate with me that there would be no pick up. Id specifically planned the pick up for Thursday because the next time possible day for the pickup would be Monday! OH! and Parcel Monkeys helpline, is a ridiculous! Waiting 20 minutes to speak to someone, then being cut off!! TWICE! I eventually got to speak to someone who informed me confirmed my worst fears about the pick up, but at least tried his best to rectify the situation. I didnt have the time to call again and wait to get through to someone, to try to speed my parcel through (being as it was the couriers mess up that had caused the delay), so the parcel was delayed by several days. Really, really, rubbish experience!

Very good service and value for money. The parcel was picked up a day late, but that might be due to the DPD rather than parcel monkey. Great value for money.

It was a bad experience this time. I sent Christmas presents to Holland but the wrong parcel was delivered. It was a lot of hassle to sort it out in time for a Christmas Eve.
