Fantastic service ! Heard so many horror stories about sending parcels abroad but just successfully sent my 18mth old nephew Christmas presents from uk to Spain. Collected on the Monday, recieved on Thursday. Thankyou so much parcel monkey, will definently use again.

If i could give zero i would, paid to get parcel on next day, 11 days later it will still be sitting in my house, both parcel monkey and Parcel force seem to be useless; even after phoning on a daily. Not happy at all. :(

We used parcel monkey twice this Xmas and the first package that went to New Zealand arrived perfectly. However the package that was sent to wales not so good, the option I chose for delivery claimed to have tried to deliver twice and failed but both times the recipient was home and no one came to the door! Now I no this isn’t directly to parcel Monkey there sites very simple and easy to use but there companies they work with leave little to be desired sometimes.

parcel force is f* *king sh *t, booked for Thursday, didnt come so they said Friday and I took the day off, still didnt come until sat when i was off work anyway I lost £200 wages because of them

Stayed in but Failed to pick up for two days had to rebook then they picked up. Meant someone had to be in for three days.

Fast delivery in these busy times (3 days to a different country). No one was home so they were kind enough to leave the parcel at the nearest petrol station.

Absolutely spot on. Can’t fault this service. Have used 4 times before. Parcel collected as stated, delivery couldn’t have been faster. To my sisters door in France 2days later. Keep it up. Highly recommended.

Against my own experience I booked parcelfarce through them. Needless to say they didnt turn up, didnt contact the seller, unable to attempt delivery was the only explanation on PF own site. On contacting Parcelmonkey through their live chat and asking for compensation for neglect was hung up on. No email from management to tell me they were refunding, redelivering, nothing, literally in limbo. Useless

Parcel was collected by ukmail 2 hours outside of scheduled time. Parcel was delivered on time however was left with the recycling despite homeowner being in! Fortunately the parcel was spotted (only by chance) a few hours before the recycling was collected. Not directly Parcel Monkeys fault however responsibility must be taken for how their chosen couriers operate. The user experience for PMs website is very good making it easy to use. I will probably use again but select a different courier option

Parcel got there on time. Pick up was as described. No issues on that front. Communication is why a three star rating. No confirmation e-mail. No stage to set a password. Couldn’t confirm what was going on. Spent a weekend worrying over the pick up and if I’d been done by a internet scam.

Used these last year and had good service, left it a bit late this year but again a great service. After dropping off parcels at halfords i was a bit disappointed that i had rushed from work to get the stickers on boxes and rush over to drop them off as it said to then was told they wouldnt be picked up til monday morning. Then i was phoned by my daughter to show me they had arrived. Tuesday morning- very pleased with that. Great service with delivery.???????? merry xmas to all the delivery people who work hard to get parcels out in time for xmas.

It’s the second time to use this service. Parcel got to the destination in safe and in one piece even I was sending a telly abroad. Highly recommended. Also good price.

This company is a Sham... I am one of the lucky ones that managed to get some of my money back. Booked the shipping and paid. *no label was sent with 24hrs *pick up didnt happen Felt like it was no good. Straight away canceled the whole order. Which was almost impossible to do cause there website sends you in circles. Contacted to cancel... in there chat it said 34mins I would get a reply. No 4hrs later and if you miss there response its another 4hr wait to have your questioned answer all via this slack chat. Refund was given but short by $20 im guessing for admin fees of doing nothing. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!!!

BEWARE...AVOID!!!! I paid for expedited 2-5 day service from Los Angeles to Germany for my sons first Christmas present away from home. The package was picked up 12/14 and it sits at some hub in the U.S., that cant be identified since the 12/20. Numerous attempts to contact customer service online have yielded responses such as these "We shall check with our warehouse team and advise you here at the earliest. ~Victor" This is the same response I have received for the past 3 days. I only wish I had seen these reviews prior to sending my parcel. Any money saved is not worth the aggravation or the disappointment that I feel with my son alone at his university with no presents.
