It was a really pleasant experience - ParcelMonkey told me what I needed for my shipping from the very beginning (i.e. a printer to print the labels) and the shipping was quite fast considering the period (international shipping during Christmas time!).
I would use it again!

Would never use Parcel Monkey again. A portion of the postcode was missed off the address that was passed on to the courier so my parcel sat in a depot for several days and PM never got in touch with me. I had to do all the chasing myself, when I spoke to Parcelforce they told me they had contacted PM to obtain the rest of the address but PM never got in touch with me (or checked their own records) to follow this up. I send parcels to this address several times a year, always without problem in the past, until this time when I tried PArcelmonkey.

I was anxious about sending my parcel with someone other than the Royal Mail but there was no need to worry. Goods got to Australia quicker than ever and all in great condition. Tracking option is a bonus too.

Two parcels collected by DPD from South Manchester at 4.10pm on Friday 15/12/2017, delivered lunchtime on Tuesday 19/12/2017.
One parcel posted Central Manchester at 3.30pm on Thursday 14/12/2017 via Royal Mail, delivered 21/12/2017.
All parcels sent to the same address in RURAL France.
Avoid Royal Mail if you can.
Cannot praise Parcel Monkey and their delivery agents highly enough, thank you.

Customer Service is TERRIBLE! I forgot my password and have been waiting days to have them send me a password update link. Meanwhile, I went on chat line to either try to get my password changed or to at least track my package - which seems to be stuck in Illinois (at least 4 days now). They couldnt help with either and are having the "relevant department" check things out. All of that only took 45 minute of me looking at my computer screen. Meanwhile, I have no idea if my package will ever get to Europe.

Just a scam I arranged a collection. They cancelled the collection on the day and could not provide a reason. I scheduled a new collection. Once again they cancelled the collection on the pickup day and could not provide a reason. Just pathetic. I can only assume its some kind of scam. Avoid at all costs!

An item was not collected before the 5pm deadline that DPD sent me in an email. ParcelMonkey passed me back and forth on the Chat session, and said their cut off time was 6pm. This contradicted the cut off time for DPD..... After waiting for 1hr 15mins at work, extra, the item was finally collected. The DPD driver said that he would not have done it, if it wasnt me, as he had to go out of his way. When I questioned ParcelMonkey to get the collection changed to ParcelForce, for the following morning, at a higher price, they refused to pay the difference. I have had this same issue before, and it really annoys me. Andy

No complaints with Parcel Monkey but I selected Parcel Force for the actual delivery. It was supposed to be 3 days but took a full week. Good job I sent it in plenty of time.

Everything about the service went smoothly. Parcels were collected by a pleasant driver and delivered safely to my daughter in Dublin 2 days later as promised. Excellent! Have used before and will use again!

Have used Parcel Monkey before using Parcel Force and been very happy with it. This time DPD was the best deal, but the parcel doesnt seem to have been collected until a week after we dropped it off. This means it wont be delivered before Christmas. I contacted DPD with a query but havent had any acknowledgement, let alone an explanation. Very disappointed.
