I had some issues with being sent the label. I didnt receive it initially, I sent an email to request it, this email was not responded to. I then contacted the company via instant messenger, which wasnt very instant, took it almost an hour and 3 different staff members to sort out sending me the label. I sent the parcel as Im moving house so it was unnecessary stress. However parcel arrived in good time and good condition.

First time I have used a courier service so I cant compare with any other company but I was really impressed with this company., Item was collected and delivered to recipient all within 24 hours. Easy to use web-site and would use this company again.

Easy to book parcel in picked up next day a Friday and was delivered next day Saturday. Parcel well looked after it was great.

First time use of this service. Parcel sent to Gibraltar.
Found using the site to set up a delivery and downloading all forms very easy no fuss.
Small issue using the tracking number which I contacted live chat and it was sorted without fuss. Given link to courier and followed to door/del.
Would use again.

Great that you can drop a parcel at post office and don’t have to wait for carrier to come around and collect it. However I drop parcel on Thursday afternoon and should be delivered in next 3 days. Today its week since I drop parcel and he’s still not been delivered. Even if we take 3 working days than parcel should be delivered on Tuesday so there is already 2 day delays.

I have had cause to send several large parcels to my daughter in France over the last couple of years and Parcel Monkey has always provided a secure , fast and efficient service at a fraction of the conventional cost .

Tracking section is not updated. I dont know where my parcel is. It has been collected last dec 15 and have no news on where it is and when it will be delivered. I contacted the customer service via the live chat and they gave me a tracking of a parcel with a completely different number claiming that it would be delivered tomorrow. I don t know if I have to trust them this unaccaptable!! Lets wait tomorrow then.

For months in business been using Royalmail combined with parcelforce but I had already register in parcel monkey but have not tried until this busy season Christmas. Amazed with the service used parcelforce24 and my parcel moved quickly than usual considering its very busy period.
Many thanks to parcel monkey.
Its a lot cheaper as well and convenient as someone had pickup my boxes so no hassle to que in the post office or used two different forwarders.
Thank you very much.

Wish a time would of been specified for the collection of my parcels, as we were left to stay in all day and wait!

Do not use the service very often, goods are almost always not collected on the day requested and so we have to re-book delivery. One occasion did not turn up at all, impossible to receive any type of credit for a no show. We only use them as some of our parcels are too big to ship on our Carrier, and they offer reasonable rates for over-sized parcels.

I somehow missed the link to the Customs declaration form, so didnt fill it in and attach it to the parcel. Probably because I didnt click the "set your password" link until after paying. The parcel got to my son in South Africa OK, but maybe make the link more visible.

Booked for 3-4 days delivery. Latest news is delivery will be 12 days (8 working days). Will now miss Xmas. On checking yesterday on the PF website, it still shows new parcels at 3-4 days. A separate delivery booked for 2 day delivery in France is due for delivery tomorrow hasn’t even been collected yet. Abysmal!

goods which were supposed to be delivered within 3-4 days have not arrived over two weeks later; customer service is absolutely useless - asking me for updates instead of providing them themselves; two weeks later I was offered option to cancel courier service - the only issue is that they collected the goods and don;t know where they are; I asked for complaint procedure /. email on four different occasions from two advisors (Lukasz and Maria) , and in response customer service they are withholding this information, refuse to provide option to escalate - it surreal how a company can operate like this. this seems like a case for Ombundsman - poor service , clueless staff. costing me time and money and nothing has been resolved;

I paid for a priority service for my parcel to be delivered to the Netherlands by Parcel Force (through Parcelmonkey website as it was cheaper) to be delivered within 2 days. I have just used the tracking number on my receipt to find out what is happening with this as I had not heard anything since it was collected on 12th December and it states that they were unable to attempt collection of my parcel from their Newport depot, what the hell does that mean and just sitting there for a week. This item was a christmas gift for my son that was being return to the manufacturer (under warranty as it was faulty) for a replacement in time for Christmas, this is never going to happen now and the warranty expiry date is end of December 2017. No-one has done anything about this and there are no further details on why they could not collect from the depot and my name and address is on back of parcel in huge letters so they could easily drop it back to my address. I have just rang Parcel Force and they say that it is Parcel Monkeys issue to resolve as it is them that have taken my payment for this parcel (although Parcelforce were the ones that collected my parcel and took it to their Newport depot and is just sitting there.) All Parcel monkey has done is what I can do myself and submit my receipt, this is the first and last time I use this company who cant be bothered when you raise a support ticket with them and was told if I had booked directly through the Parcelforce website I would have had better support ... WHAT A JOKE AND NEVER AGAIN ... THANKS FOR RUINING A CHRISTMAS GIFT FOR MY SON WITH YOUR SHODDY ATTITUDE THAT YOU CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!

Initial experience was good but sadly did not live up to promises. Parcel took 11 days not 4 days as promised and recipient had to go to post office to collect and sign for parcel which was damaged when it got there!

Sent large item . Was told it had to be on pallet ... driver arrived only to tell me he couldnt load pallet onto van as didnt have equipment to do so ... I ended up lifting the item with help from my own staff while driver stood by . Complained and after three weeks just get " we are investigating matter " ... have taken business elsewhere

DP NOT TRUST THEM. They collected my parcel WEEKS ago. Delivered to unknown locatoion and claimed that everything is ok. After I gave them right *******ing, they retrieved the parcel and returned it to THEIR OFFICE instead of correct delivery address ! now they want 5gbp from me to for return to sender ! WHAT A BAD JOKE THEY ARE ! Instead of delivering your parcel, they will mess about and try to charge you AGAIN in the end. REPORTED TO RESOLVER AND TRADING STANDARDS !!!
