I HAVE NEVER HAD AN ISSUE WITH PARCEL MONKEY, THEIR CUSTOMER SUPPORT IS EXCELLENT AND IF I EVER HAVE A QUERY THEIR RESPONSE IS IMMEDIATE.
THERE PRICES ARE GOOD AND THAT COMBINED WITH THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE PUTS THEM A LONG WAY AHEAD OF THEIR COMPETITORS.

It would have been nice to be informed of when the item was been collected as I had to wait in all day and it wasnt collected until 3.30pm. Once collected i am informed by the buyer you kept him updates throughout. It arrived in good order and not damaged!

Ordered collection from parcel monkey on sunday. Package collected via parcel force at 2.00pm Monday. Delivered to destination at 6.00pm Wednesday. No fuss no complaints. Would use again and recommend.

Parcels picked up at 8.30am Monday in Wigan and delivered to Calgary and Halifax ( on opposite sides of Canada ) by lunchtime on the Thursday.

My parcel was shipped from the UK to the US--not only was it half as cheap as the post office rates, but arrived within a week of posting! Considering its contents (delicate British snacks!) the box arrived in excellent condition. Everything was intact and my recipients across the pond were thrilled. Not only that, but the printing of labels and instructions on where/when to post were very clear. Thanks Parcel Monkey! Would use this service again!

The drop off site (abbot street post office) was awful, over half an hour I waited because the member of staff didnt have a clue how to work anything and was trying to charge me. Parcel monkey was good and got my parcel to Belgium but let down by local shop

Useless and even the customer service! I bought a delivery from London to Nottingham in 24 hours! the parcel should have arrived on Wednesday it is Friday and they are still saying to me to bear with them that they are looking to give me an answer! USELESS and NEVER AGAIN to pay cheap and loose parcels it is not worth!

Visited so many parcel delivery websites before visiting yours and they were all very negative, cant accept your parcel because....to heavy...to big...lightweight but to big... etc.
Your interface asked for the weight and size and where its going from and to where to. SPLENDID
and my parcels arrived in 3 days to Irish Republic EXCELENT

It was all quite smooth until I made a mistake in the payment section and found it hard to get back to the part where I could complete the transaction. I finally (after circulating round the website a couple of times) located the link in light blue at the bottom right hand corner. I think this could be more prominent.
Apart from that it was all good.

Very bad. I sent a post which will not be more than 100 g.but I didnt have a option to select 100g, so got to select 1kg.now received a extra charge of £4 saying its weighed 2kg.which is ridiculous.

Booked at 9am picked up at 11:30 and delivered by 14:30 and you can track your parcel all the way.
