I had to post some heavy vehicle brake parts, which were at the limit of the
weight allowance allowed. However Parcel Monkey found me a very good deal and the parcels arrived at there destination well within the period of the contract, and at a lower cost than some other companys.
I would strongly recommend using this facility again.

Great price and ease of setting up. However when I took the package to my local post office the Bar Codes could not be scanned as they were not recognised. The Post Office had to manually enter and check the package before posting.

I do not understand why Parcel Monkey cannot give a more realistic and workable collection window. The parcel I booked with them was collected by ParcelForce, with Parcel Monkey quoting a ten-hour collection window - 0800 to 1800. If I had booked direct with ParcelForce, they could have offered a two-hour collection window. As it was, I waited in all day only for the parcel to be collected six minutes before the end of the ten hours. I will be booking direct in future.

Was simple and an easy thing to setup and work through to send a parcel that the post office would have charged me double for! Very pleased with it, will use again and again!! :)

The parcel was picked up when stated, the process of arranging it was quite clear . All the forms etc needed were promptly sent to us .
The parcel arrived in Australia in 4 days!. We are delighted with the service and will definitely use it any time we are sending parcels. The cost also was the best we found.

Apart from some confusion around the shipping label, the booking experience was good. Plenty of drop of points near me and the parcel arrived on time in one piece (thanks DPD)
Im still trying to figure out how Parcel Monkey made DPD more accessible for less than half of the price!

I needed to send a gift to a relative in Dubai. Got a very competitive quote from Parcel Monkey , much cheaper than going direct to courier. Had to use chat to check a couple of details but they were very helpful. Arranged my delivery , dropped parcel at a local DPD drop off and it arrived in Dubai in 3 days, tracked all the way. Great service ! Would definitely use again.

Never used this site before but it worked really well for me. I got a price from the Royal Mail website (£45) but managed to get a parcel sent for just £10. Arrived on time. Really pleased and will certainly use again.
