The parcels were picked up at 1.20 on 17/12/10 and the biggest delivered on 19/12/10 and the others on 20/12/10 excellant service

The insurance is a waste of money.The claim form needs so much information including pictures of the parcel befpre it was sent!

A next day parcel was delayed by two days without reason or notification. The result was we refunded our customers' shipping costs!
