Hilarious Service. Anyone reading this - do not use! 7 Parcels. 2 Cancelled, 5 Parcels = 4 Missed collections from 12/12/10. MONKEY NO JOKE!

I paid for next day delivery, parcel was collected 1 day late & delivered 3 days later. it took me 2 & half hour to get through on phone
