Easy to arrange, collection swift, polite courier.

This company is brilliant unless you try to contact them. You will soon find out why they dont give out a telephone company. They will take your money so quickly but god help you if there is a problem. I had a parcel to be delivered to the NHS, driver never turned up. Then said he did but there was no one there. Despite looking through CCTV and someone being in from 7.30 until 7pm The driver lied and the call centre operators do not want to know

Dear Parcel Monkey I do not know where the mistake happened. But I got taxed from the Swiss boarder for sending personal items from UK to my home in Switzerland. On the proforma invoice there was clearly written "Personal Effects" but they charged me taxes higher than the parcel costs. Happy to hear back from you what I could do with that problem.. Mario

With reference to an overseas shipment. We paid to have the goods delivered to our customer. It all started with them insisting to have a copy of our passport. Funny that as we send international parcels out almost daily and have never been asked for this. Eventually get that sorted. Fine. We then get an email to say our parcel has been returned. When asking for a reason I had to ask 3 times before getting an answer which was it contained a prohibited item I then had to ask for specifics. They then said it contained a battery. The laughable bit... containing a battery in a regulator used for welding... basically a brass body with a rubber seal and a spring. Needless to say there is certainly no batteries used. There has never been and never will be. So, we paid £255.69 to ship it. Plus the return fees £45.59 for what? For someone to decide that our products contain batteries and to not even confirm with us that they do!?!? It was our first order with Parcel Monkey and after speaking with Zak on chat they are not prepared to do anything to show goodwill. A wrongly returned item and they are standing by the decision... I will be speaking to the OFT and following the matter up. Simply not acceptable.

Its nice to know that some, like the guys and gals at parcel monkey, take the current climate as a challenge to achieve what they promise. So many at the moment are using covid-19 as an excuse for poor delivery times, collection times, etc. Well done to all of you, I know who Ill be speaking to if I need to send anything again! It arrived next day as stated.

Terrible! No facility to speak to someone and the online e- tickets men’s that the person answering your query takes no responsibility. 1 month on and my parcel hasn’t been delivered, yet it is scanned everyday at the depot. Because the parcel is being scanned, parcel monkey won’t allow me to claim for a lost parcel, even though it hasn’t left the local depot for over 3 weeks!! Terrible customer service. They don’t care

I have a tracking no but I cant see my parcel anywhere since it left on the 20th of May.. The site is not updated, I have no idea where they are, I am pressed for time as I am returning goods and only have a couple of days left to get there or else they will come back.. this is bad service!

Parcel monkey were brilliant - sadly let down by their courier ...UPS (Croydon). Parcel monkey did a great job nagging UPS but seemed pretty ineffective Got there in the end

I used this service for the 1st time. Paid £40 for a collection of a parcel 4 days ago, and it has been shown as at hub for four days. I was expecting next day delivery. Up until now I have not received any correspondence from parcel monkey or parcelforce its really bad.

Used quite a few times now but on the last occasion the parcels werent collected and I had to rebook collection. Just a bit annoying when you paid for next day because it was important. However, service is normally good, just may not use the same service.
