I used parcel monkey to send a fairly large package to my daughter in France.
Parcelforce collected my parcel and less than 48 hours later my daughter had received it! Amazing service, would totally recommend and will definitely use your site again.

I sent 100 parcels, to go to different addresses. Uploading the CVS document was easy, but the rest of the process was incredible long-winded. I was sent 100 seperate emails, with each postage label attached. So it took a long time (and a lot of excess paper to print all these out). Although I paid for the parcels to be collected, the driver didnt come on the requested date, which meant I needed to book a dedicated courier with a van to take them to the depot. From there, the only way you can track each parcel, was by downloading each label again, copying the reference number, opening the courier website tracking, and entering the number into the tracking system. I can imagine its fine for if you sending a small number of parcels, but awful for larger numbers.

Seamless service. I cant understand how many people are so dumb as not to understand that ParcelMonkey is only an ordering website – they dont collect or deliver parcels. Its as if someone blamed a ticket machine for a delayed train.

I paid for a ParcelForce24 service which ended up taking 3days, only being delivered on the fourth. Not what I expected at all and let my customer down. But I’m sure the usual excuses will be made.

I post a lot of parcels online. AVOID PARCELMONKEY AT ALL COSTS! I sent a parcel and was charged £16 initially for a large 5kg box through Parcelforce on Parcelmonkey. The payment was accepted, the parcel was accepted at collection and the parcel was delivered. Two weeks later I received an email from parcel-monkey, saying they were charging me an EXTRA £52 for the parcel, as they decided they are going to charge me on the volumetric weight rather than the actual weight of the parcel, as it was only a light but bulky parcel. Why was this not advertised at the time if they were going to charge volumetric weight?? Why was I quoted and accepted payment at £16 and why was it not raised any sooner that there would be an extra charge? How can they justify charging a total of £69 to deliver ONE parcel that was only 5kg in weight?!?!?! To add to the problems - although this is not Parcel Monkeys fault and is more a reflection on Parcelforce - the parcel actually arrived damaged and now my customer wants a refund. Parcelmonkey - advertise the actual price before trying to con people for extra money!!!!

DO NOT USE. Booked a next day delivery service with Parcel Monkey. No collection occurred on the scheduled day despite my chasing and being promised a collection. But then no collection happened either on the 2nd day despite further promises. No proactive communication by Parcel Monkey and no responsibility taken by them - it was the fault of everyone but them. Lots of references to small print and no person to speak to in order to resolve. Could not recommend them less.

Absolute Fraudsters Parcel was fully paid at source but charged again for freight etc at the time of delivery for roughly £50. Also, it was delivered 3 day late. Rubbish.

Bought next day delivery with them (using Courier) - didnt get next day delivery. Customer is unhappy. Im unhappy as I didnt get what I paid for. Tracking links dont work either. Now waiting for customer support to respond.

I weighed and measured my parcel. I’ve now had more money taken from my bank account as they said it was heavier. I do not appreciate people just randomly taking money from my account, and then telling mE after. Where’s the proof?

I have used this company for 7 years and sent hundreds of parcels all of the same size, always via Parcelforce. Two weeks ago, Parcelforce made a mistake when measuring and weighing one of my parcels. They charged Parcel Monkey an extra £24.89 and, without any notification, Parcel Monkey passed the charge onto me. I said it was obvious the mistake laid with Parcelforce because all my parcels are the same size. PM said that they needed photos of the original parcel with original label and with measuring tape alongside. Who takes photos of the parcels they send. Despite all the evidence, PM refused to do the right thing and refund the charge. They just hid behind the evidence they said that Parcelforce wanted. I said that they would lose a customer just for £24.89 but they didnt care. I am now with Parcel Compare.

Booked Sunday evening for collection Monday and delivery Tueday, courier was Courier, got SMS from Courier Monday morning to advise delivery slot, they never turned up, when chased was told driver run out of time. Was finally collected Tuesday late afternoon, driver was moaning because hed forgotten it was a collection and he now had to return to depot rather than going straight home, so wasnt surprised to find this morning on tracking the parcel that its been delayed. Just got a fob off excuse from Parcel Monkey, wont be using them or Courier again.

DREADFUL COMPANY....DO NOT USE, February the parcel went missing, they finally after chasing it up daily refunded the parcel costs and promised me the £60 compensation on the 16th April and to date I have still not had it and now they say they paid it and its the banks fault........needless to say I rang the bank and they have not had it. So fed up I plan on suing them. Been in touch with the small claims court and its all on hold because of the virus, however if you do go down that route you are entitled to claim reasonable expenses and when I asked what was reasonable 15 mins at minimum wage for each time you have to contact them is perfectly acceptable so far I am going to claim for over 5 hours and the court fees plus the £60!!!!
