Excellent.. good way to send parcels from home , especially in these times where getting to post office or parcel drop off is so difficult .
Had to get in touch with DHL though as the tracking number from parcel mlonkey was wrong . Easily resolved with a Kwik call .

If I could put no stars I would. They had my parcel for over two weeks to try and send it to the UK from the UK I had no information from the tracking number for days on end. There was no phone number just a live chat which just kept you hanging on. Eventually the parcel arrived and it was smashed to pieces. It had either been jumped on or ran over by a truck. It was in a solid plastic tube. As I sold the item through Ebay I had to give the buyer a full refund. I started the claim nearly two weeks ago, I was asked to send the photos of the smashed item which I did they asked me to resend the which I did. I have heard nothing back from them even after 10days so I am out of pocket DO NOT USE a waist of time and money. Still FUMING

The parcel hasn’t arrived. I’ve e mailed 4 times. Got a response twice the last couple of times no response at all. Very lovely when they did respond and very helpful. Can not understand why there is no response now.

Parcel Monkey misrepresent their delivery times ie quote 7-10 days for a small parcel, then when you track it you will see a delivery date that is 21 days or more. If you pay monkeys you get peanuts or in this case late deliveries.

The worst customer service Ive ever experienced, The parcel took a week to arrive for overnight delivery then when I contacted customer services about a refund they quoted their T and C to me, of which said I qualified for a refund but once Id make this clear they stopped responding. My only advice is go somewhere else

Parcel Monkey quote on their website that a DPD shipment to China takes 4-7 days when in fact it takes 22 days! they know of the extended delivery times but choose not to change their website to give customers the option to make an assessment of the delivery service to use with all the information and then they just ignore the fact that their website misrepresents the facts! Shame on you!!

Parcel Monkey prices are great... until you need to insure your package. I am not sure if that is the fault of Parcel Monkey, or the courier companies they act on behalf of. You then you find out that a large number of items are excluded from cover. Despite this, they are still happy to take your money, even after you have stipulated what you are sending (camera, laptop, etc.). In other words, you may pay an additional £40 for an item that will not be covered. You should always check their extensive list of "no compensation" items. A better option is the Post Office. Example, send a 3rd generation iPad insured for £1000. Parcel Monkey have couriers charging in excess of £50 (even though it is a "no compensation" item if damaged). The Post Office charges £27.60 with insurance up to £1000. They even deliver by 1 p.m. the following day. I think that until third parties such as Parcel Monkey, Parcel2Go, etc, as well as the couriers stop fleecing us, then naming and shaming, and going elsewhere will be the order of the day until they try and meet us in the middle somewhere.
