Easy to book, print, and find drop off point. Even due to the virus and overload on post offices the parcel came in 5 days - as described on the website (international postage with Royal Mail)

Really pleased with the service- easy to use. Good tracking. Had had disastrous experience with Hermes (will never use them again!) so was delighted with parcel force who picked up parcel on the day they said they would & delivered it when they said they would. Would recommend as a reliable way to send a parcel.
