In a time of lockdown Parcel Monkey went way above and beyond to help me.
Yes its true to say my parcel was delayed a little but given the current circumstances completely understandable.
I would not hesitate to recommend Parcel Monkey.

Use of your Web site was nice and clear, along with the process of placing the order. So hence the 5 stars. Parcel force duly collected my parcel on the given date, but it has spent three days in depot waiting to be sent on to the delivery address, so not as pleased with their party of the relay as I am waiting for a refund on faulty goods but do appreciate the current situation.

Excellent service
Sent email with an hour window notifying me of when parcel would be collected. Polite driver collected within the time stated. I could track my parcels journey. Received another email telling me when I could expect delivery. Delivered, parcel in tact. All round brilliant service, reasonably priced. Will use again.

Excellent service. It was so much easier than I expected. I sent golf clubs to Sweden for under £30 And even though we were in lockdown, the courier picked up my parcel from me the next day

Had some larger than normal packages to send after eBay sales- opted for parcelforce as a carrier. ParcelMonkey made the process simple and straightforward, with little or no need to queue at the Post Office

Took a parcel to a repairer arrived all good had to send it back a week later so sent it off in the same box well packed and arrived extremely badly damaged then proceed to tell me its my fault because of the way I packed it and except no responsibility?, **** service with no reply in days from customer service

Cheapest I could find for 2 x 19kg parcels picked up next business day as advertised - delivered less than 48 hours later by Parcel Force - Parcel Monkey cheapest - tracked and signed for - great service best price

First DX doesnt want to show up then GLS loses one of my packages. And in all of this mess Parcel Monkey is just a useless middle-man slowing down the communication between me and the couriers trying to slow the issues. (Not that the couriers are not at fault, they are very often very bad) Prices are cheap, yeah, but pray nothing goes wrong because between the poor customer service and the unfriendly couriers you are in for a treat!!!

If I could leave no stars it would be too much. Parcel was never delivered. Insurance was not forthcoming either I had paid extra for it. Terrible communication, they dont even use telephones. Avoid

Awful Service. I ordered a next day service to be collected Monday 11th May, the parcel was never collected. I contacted Parcel Monkey who blamed it on my mobile number being incorrect? When I called the courier (DX) they said they’d been informed by parcel monkey that the parcel wasn’t ready for collection? It finally got collected on Wednesday 13th. From this point none of the tracking worked, I tried contacting parcel monkey a number of time’s for an update, nothing other than them confirming it had been collected. Eventually the buyer contacted me to confirm he’d received it. So the parcel was successfully delivered 2 days late but beware of purchasing next day services or expect any tracking to work. I will be using far more reliable companies going forwards.

Paid for 2-3 day international service and 11 days later my item still not delivered. Contents were for a birthday last week ???? Dreadful service and even worse customer service. Unable to talk to anyone which is so annoying! Avoid at all costs

poor service! plenty other reliable cheaper couriers out there bad communication when trying to sort a problem, when complaining to get my money back i was asked to write a letter of complaint and it was just ignored. i got feed up trying to communicate and have just decided to never use them again!

Our business recently tried Parcel Monkey as the prices were a bit cheaper than what we normally pay for courier services. Unfortunately, our experience wasnt good and our business wont be continuing with Parcel Monkey. The website itself was easy to use, it was easy enough to order the shipping and print out labels and the prices were slightly less than what we are already paying when ordering directly with the couriers. However, 3 weeks after sending each parcel we would receive an email from Parcel Monkey advising that they have added an extra charge to the shipping as the weight was apparently wrong - we can prove the weight and dimensions of the parcels we sent were correct, other than an email from Parcel Monkey stating that the weight was wrong and we have yet to see any actual proof that our weight or dimensions were wrong. Apparently the weight was wrong on all but one parcel sent through Parcel Monkey. We regularly send the same parcels (exact same weight, dimensions etc that we used on Parcel Monkey) to the exact same customers directly through the courier we used on Parcel Monkey and in over 6 years we have never had any extra charge or complaints from the courier that the weight or dimensions was wrong. Why does this only happen with all but one of the parcels that were sent through Parcel Monkey but has never happened with any of the 5k+ parcels that we sent directly with the courier over the last few year. Unfortunately, based on this experience we are unable to trust Parcel Monkey and will not be using again. We are also unable to recommend that anybody else uses Parcel Monkey for this reason.

Poor customer service. No sense of urgency. Waiting 7 days to investigate something that has proved to have arrived at depot is not customer friendly. Goods have been at delivery depot for over a week. Delivery is over a week late.

I have used this service a few times and have never been dissatisfied. I usually use to send gifts to my daughter who lives overseas and she has ALWAYS had her parcel within a few days!

Sent a parcel to an industrial unit in Netherlands, parcel force van drove past destination, delivery man didn’t even drop a card off to tell us where the parcel will be or how the recipient can collect it. Phoned and emailed, still no parcel to date.

I honestly can say I have had no problems and everything went as it should be from arranging online, collecting at my address and delivering to recipient. Highly recommend!

This company messed me up and my vulnerable mother who is now behind with her tablets because of the incorrect sum of value they had calculated for the parcel causing us to pay another £245.90 for false declaration of price. The communication is very poor and the customer service department is very incompetent and not helpful at all. They lied about the package being with Courier meanwhile the package was still at customs because of the high amount of value written on the package £548 instead of £20.88 for tablets on a private prescription. I used them as the service was cheap to send the tablets to Africa instead of Courier company which would have cost me £68.40. I have sent these tablets with Courier and never had any problem. Please dnt use parcel monkey anymore. They give you false information and are unable to track your package. Right now as we speak I want to complain and open a claim but yet that service is not even available. I am done with this company and report them to the ombusman.
