An absolute load of imbeciles !! Absolutely no common sense whatsoever ...billed me twice for one parcel then cancelled both after I asked for a refund on one ...even though they actually sent me a parcel label and accepted the parcel ...and havent refunded either ...pay the extra and use royal mail

Did all they said they would do. Advised collection, tracked and advised delivery. Both collection and delivery on time. Would use again.

The booking was easy and the parcel was picked up on time. However there was no care taken at all for the package. It was delivered but it was completely destroyed. It had been dropped at least 3 times, zero care or responsibility taken.

Weve used Parcel Money several times and have always had good service and great prices, When weve ask questions they have replied promptly even when i paid on the wrong card they were there to help and we sorted it out without a hitch... Emails on time, pick up and delivery when ordered... we will continue to use this service

A monkey could have delivered my parcel quicker ~ it took 17 days to go 200 miles . . . . . unhelpful and frustrating customer service . Would definitely advise against using this company.

I chose Parcel monkey because they promised a 2D delivery with Parcel force to NL. After 8D the parcel is still not delivered according to tracker. The hang-up seems to be on the Dutch side (and Brexit is not done yet!) However Parcel monkey and Parcel force are responsible for the end point delivery of my parcel.

Using Parcel Monkey is so quick and easy. This time It was for multiple boxes but again no problem. Labels came through by email in minutes and booking for the collection confirmed too.
Consignment was easy to trace through to delivery confirmation.
Would highly recommend.

Gave them 1 because I cant give less. They are non responsive. Refuse to give information to track my parcel. Definately not capable of international deliveries

Dont waste your time money or effort. Failed collections, poor communication from the courier and also the Assistant at Parcel Monkey - Guaranteed next day delivery yet cant even collect to guarantee the delivery - DX as a subcontractor are also poor, failed to collect - upon contacting couldnt care less - wont be using either again! A booking made 4pm Wednesday 12th Confirmation received - The service you have booked is DX Freight Next Day. Your parcel is due for collection by DX Freight on Thursday 13th February 2020 8:57am thursday the 13th - a call to be told cant collect until the 14th.
