Avoid at all costs Just like other people I was lured in by their competitive rates but was left £1000 out of pocket due to them not paying out when my item arrived damaged to the recipient. There is no telephone support so everything is done by message tickets and they offered very little help and refused to take responsibility despite before and after pictures being sent. There are loads of articles online about this very problem. Good when things go right but completely useless when things go wrong. Use at your own risk.

At first I was concerned regarding my delivery because when I was tracking my parcel it gave me over 2 weeks for delivery but when i paid it said 3/6 days, it all got delivered on time so happy with the service and the tracking information which was showing where the parcel has reached.

Sent parcel to Lithuania. Used this service before and gave it four stars because of some delay over in Lithuania. This time it got there without any hold ups. We chose Dpd. We saved money by using Parcel Monkey and were also able to send a larger parcel than using Royal Mail, for example. Would definitely use Parcel Monkey again.

System was down, at last I got my label but then 2 hours later it was canceled and I was promised a new label that never showed up, had to contact you again, got a new label and when the parcel force came to pick up my parcel he told me that I had 3 parcels in his system to pick up!!!! Really confusing and very stressful procedure

Parcel Monkey was very easy to use and a great website experience. However the 2-3 day DPD service took 4 working days (6 in total), and the parcel arrived too late for the event. £72 down the drain. Not Parcel Monkeys fault I suppose, but the overall experience was a failure.

After a very disappointing experience with another parcel operator, I turned to Parcel Monkey for a last minute same day pick-up, and they didnt disappoint. Very happy with the service, and can recommend to all.

Servizio terribile e scarso supporto post disservizio. one of the 3 boxes i delivered never arrived at destination address, was sent back completely ripped off to the sender, left outside the house and none contact myself or the sender. If i go online it says that it was delivered to the right address and collected by the receiver.

To be honest... Im not sure if its the monkeys at ParcelMonkey or the couriers they employ. Regardless; my package that I entrusted to them to pick up and deliver was not picked up and delivered. Not once, but twice. There was not to be a 3rd time. I ended up driving to pick it up myself. Still awaiting the refund and if thats anything like the last delivery, it wont happen. Your choice. Make it a good one. If you have an actual monkey on hand, tell them to get the parcel. Failing that, say a prayer. If youre not religious; get it yourself. That is my experience anyway.

Be warned I have just been charged extra for sending a parcel SMALLER and LIGHTER than what I actually booked. I share below a quote from the email they sent informing me of such. “Using the dimensions you provided, this equates to a volumetric weight of 4.30kg and this is the weight you were originally charged for. When weighed, laser scanned for precise measurement and volumetrically calculated by the carrier, they have informed us that the correct billing weight was in fact 4.00kg. As we are charged for each kg handled by our courier partners, we have no alternative but to take this additional payment, as was specified and agreed to at the time of booking.” I gave them the opportunity to respond to my query on this before writing this review and to my amazement the additional charge stands! I spend thousands with courier companys each year and have never paid extra for sending a smaller parcel than book!?

The parcel was not collected until two days after the due collection date. I have just had to refund my customer in Portugal £35 because of the unnecessary damage caused by the carrier despite being more than adequately packed in banana boxes and wrapped in bubble wrap. I think they played football with it. I intend claiming compensation.
