I posted a parcel to the US from the UK. Everything seemed to have gone fine. Then about a week after my parcel was delivered I received an email purporting to be from parcelmonkey that I thought must be spam. The appallingly written email suggested an extra payment was due because my parcel weighed 2kg over the stated amount (it most certainly did not!). The email also said that an attempt had been made to take payment for the extra amount (it hasn’t) and that my account has been suspended. I contacted Parcelmonkey expecting them to confirm the email was a scam, but it seems the email was in fact from them. They have provided no evidence that my parcel weighed so much more than I know it did, nor can they explain the inaccuracies in their communication, and have told me that I must either provide photos of the parcel, or provide payment. They have not yet told me how they would like to receive payment but I will not be handing my bank details over as this all feels very dodgy indeed. Proceed with caution.

Using Parcel Monkey is so stress free, easy, fast and economical. So glad it was recommended to me by a friend. A great #lifehack. Have sent at least a dozen parcels all over Europe without any hitches. Love being able to print my own labels and drop off according to my schedule so I dont have to wait around home for collection. For occasional large/heavy items collection is better. Brilliant. 5*

Parcels still not delivered. Its been 5 days. The tracker is useless and only says it is in the country of delivery. Should have been 3-5 days. No idea when they will be delivered. Parcel Force is the culprit. DPD was great but the former had been terrible.

Smooth experience, could drop off my parcel in a shop at my own convenience, and parcel arrived in France a few days later with no pb. Found the cost a bit high as I had to insure the content which was worth a fair bit of money but well. All arrived well and will use it again.

Awful service. Package a failed to be collected so refunded and rebooked the same service for a collection on different day. Again package was failed to be collected and no tracking updates to ever explain when it would likely be collected. Refunded again and used a more reliable service.

Awful customer service miss advising that the career could take suitcases. Stayed in for a whole day and had to rearrange because the first booking didnt turn up. Parcel Monkey were unapologetic and dealt with my requests poorly.

Terrible service start to finish. Claimed a office manned 24/7 for pick up was empty so couldnt collect and made to attempt to contact me to tell me this or sort a another time to collect. Then same story for delivery. Problem with the address apprently again no communication informing me or any channels to correct it. 2 weeks from the orginal pick up date and still no parcel. Truly terrible service.
