Parcel Monkey UK helped me Send a luggage from Bedford to Canada within 3 days I was truly amazed. I will Defo be using them again as I had no troubles at all. I highly recommend Parcel Monkey

So far used about 5 times. Collected and delivered without any issues. Website straight forward to use. Except for one consignment which was proabbly our fault for not packing properly and as such was discarded by couriers.

SCAMMERS NEVER ORDER ANY SERVICE FROM THEM Scammers, never deliver. I wait for 10 days, check the tracking and I notice the item never attempt for delivery. I post something back for a refund because is damage, cost 50 pounds. I pay extra to ensure the packing to be sure will be there on time for my refund. 14 days letter and 1 week spend sending this scammers emails, they ask me to pay extra to have the parcel back. So I lost 50pound for my refund because the time is passing+ 10 for posting the item +allweek of nerves and losing my time

I been using they service for years, they were initially good, however on the past month or so 4 parcels gone wrong, 1 was completely lost (8 bridesmaids dresses worth more than £800), the replacement parcel arrived damaged and with a dress missing. Another one awaiting collection at the depot, customer went to collect and been informed that it has been returned to sender, over a month later I still haven’t received it, and the last one no updates since the 5tj of last month. The offer of compensation was a joke and a bad way to treat a customer whom spend over 3K with them each month.

Not even one star, BE AWARE, They charge £££ after parcel delivered with their error size or weight and take money from your credit card, no not trust them. use proper courier and be safe. it was their error and they took money from my credit card £52.60. I will close my account with them.

BE AWARE - ANY ISSUES AND THEYLL JUST FOB YOU OFF. YOU KNOW YOUR DEALING WITH BABOONS WHEN ALL THEY CAN COME BACK WITH IS SOME GARBAGE FROM THEIR T&CS... Im afraid that collections are not guaranteed. This is mentioned in our terms and conditions as below: 2.6. Compliance with the estimated time of collection or delivery is not guaranteed and the company shall not be liable for late deliveries unless there is valid evidence of a period of 5 working days from the date the goods were scheduled to be delivered on. We do not provide telephony services to customers, as most queries require further input from the couriers, and we usually are provided with this in 3-5 working days, therefore it works better to operate via email or LiveChat.

Utterly useless - Cannot help you on their Contact page, they just tell you that you have to discuss with the actual courier - When you ask the courier, they tell you to speak to these lot... Terrible terrible customer service

Ordered pick up after 6 PM but the actual delivery team Parcel Monkey arranged are not working that late, so I needed to rearrange with them. No communication or feedback by Parcel Monkey during the process from my end it is very unlikely Ill use them again.

As always, I had a very good experience with ParcelMonkey. Quick, easy to book and you can choose between many courier services! Ill stick to this one for when I need to ship stuff to my parents in Italy.. haha!

Parcel not collected and there’s no email, sms, call, calling card, or any notification whatsoever. Paid for a nextday service but courier collects the following day and no reduction in price to 2 day service nor any refund. Very annoying. When I asked why drivers don’t call customers, it’s supposedly because they don’t have company phones. Why don’t they just use their own phones then? Awful service.

So far this year one set of golf clubs LOST at the hub and had to pay over £100 in additional charges for 2 other sets I had collected supposedly oversize. Complained to PM about the amount charged but was told it was down to parcel force! Most times its a reliable and reasonably priced service but when things go wrong dont expect customer services to sort it out. I now use Parcelforce direct for expensive collection items it costs a bit more but you get what you pay for!!
