By far the best service Ive used, I tried parcelhero and they then tried to scam extra money out of me.
Parcelmonkey have been a godsend with sending parcels and couldnt praise them enough so keep up the good work

I have used parcel monkey several times and I have always been very pleased with the service. I recently used them for ten boxes as I was moving house, and they all turned up in one piece! Reasonably priced too. Thanks again!

Great service as always. Door to door service, tracked, signed for and both myself and the recipient kept informed by text.
I have never had a problem using parcel monkey couriers.

Absolutely hopeless from start to finish - avoid like the plague. Its often the same price to book direct with the couriers and save yourself the hassle of dealing with this terrible outfit as an incompetent middleman. Booked a pickup late at night but 2 hours inside the window where collection would be the next working day. I completed everything correctly and paid in full but the order status showed "theres a problem, please contact us". No online option to just cancel it and book with someone else. Customer services dont open until 8am so by the time theyd fixed things (and wouldnt tell me what the problem was) the collection was now delayed 24 hours. They refused to give a partial refund for my inconvenience. Was given a 1 hour slot for collection but it didnt happen. Ended up asking for a refund as I object to giving any money to a company that clearly doesnt give two hoots about customer experience.

Parcel delivered very quickly by Chronopost in France. Driver that collected parcel in UK could speak hardly any English and told the collection point lady that the parcel was not in the system and left without the parcel, after several phone calls thesame driver returned and collected parcel. Spoke to parcel monkey by live chat and was told i would receive an email updating me on the status of parcel. No email received. Not very good.

terrible... was supposed to be 24 hour delivery and essential this package was there on time as they were records for a concert.... they were sent on Thursday 1st of august and they still havent been delivered... I called the depot on Saturday when I knew they hadnt been delivered and they apologised... but its now Thursday - a week later and still have not been delivered..!!!

Better prices than I can get direct. I send parcels sporadically so not enough for a contract but enough its very convenient to have a reliable collection system with all my details saved.

Never picked parcel up on the Friday even tho the person stayed in from 8.6.30 got a message saying couldn’t pick it up as no one there. Got a message of the guy I’ve arranged collection from on Tuesday saying it’s been collected it’s now Thursday and I have had no email and I still haven’t received my parcel. I’ve sent 3 emails and still not had a reply. Dreadful service would never use again

When an international 2 day service is paid for at £27 but the item still hasn’t arrived after 6 working days... At what point do Parcel Monkey take any kind of blame or offer any kind of compensation?! The 2 day service was chosen as the item simply had to arrive within 3 days! It states on the information for the type of delivery service “Your item will be delivered within the international time frame specified” - THIS IS A LIE!!!!! The incredibly unhelpful online chat assistance stated that a claim could only be made AFTER delivery! The fact the item may or may not be eventually delivered is not the point! The point is that the item should arrive within 2 working days! DO NOT USE PARCEL MONKEY FOR DELIVERIES TO FINLAND!!!!!!

I paid £37 for next day collection, waited in my apartment all day, then at 6pm found out someone had supposedly been to another courier (nobody rang my buzzer or called my phone) I’ve tried to contact parcel monkey but no reply, I, then contacted Royal Mail, they replied and said I need to speak to parcel monkey. 1 week later and my parcel is still waiting to be picked up. I’m now out the country, I tried to rearrange delivery online for one weeks time, but it only allows me to book a few days in front.

Parcel monkey service is good. But the courier used in Sri Lanka is a bogus company. Charged customs duty for an item not chargable. Recipient has paid customs duty almost similar to the currier charge.

I paid for a delivery using Parcel Monkey as a Business partner of DPD.When rthe first issues with DPD appeared, I tried finding a way to contact Parcel monkey customer service, but it was impossible as their website just suggests to contact the DPD and there is no other channel. After unnumbered issues, (starting from delivery delay, wrong information on the boxes where, terrible customer service, wrong delivery date, paid for upgrade but it was delivered in weekday, parcels lost for few hours and broken boxes) I asked directly to DPD to have a full refund on the delivery payment which they agreed and apologized, however they couldnt, because the payment was made with Parcel Monkey.I received few days later a form for DPD´s review From Parcel Monkey which I filled and gave me finally the chance to contact customer service. They said that they will request a partial refund for this situation, which is absolutely unacceptable as I provided all the evidence, not only with pictures but emails exchanged with DPD. Since last week they havent replied anymore to my internal messages and documents attached. I want my full money back and a compensation for all this annoying issue and the time spent on phones and emailing to solve this.
