Both times I have used Parcel Monkey they have been late picking up packet and it was an urgent delivery.

Collection went well but there was a problem with delivery. Not sure why, as guessing that there would not be anybody at home I asked for the parcel to be left in the porch. Had to be redelivered. No harm done but would rather have not had the hassle.

Paid for a first class service and i`m still waiting 4 days later. They simply forgot to another courier, so my client waited in all day for nothing. I then had to rebook it in as it is now the weekend i have no chance of a first class service that was paid for.. Disgusting.

Great service and cheapest quote I had. They collected and delivered within 24hours although I paid for 48h. Live tracking available so didnt need to sit in and wait, I was given a 1 hour time slot on the morning of delivery. Will definitely use again and recommend to anyone.

I paid for a 24 hr service and did not get it I called parcel force on Friday 19.01.18 and was told the parcel was still in the deport and they would put it for Saturday delivery F.O.C i told them at the time i was out of the country from 11.00 Saturday so needed it before then, the item was delivered 22.01.2018 and left with a neighbour. this is not the service i paid for

Ive been satifsifed with the first few times I used Parcel Monkey but my last experience has a lot to be desired with very poor customer service. It took 6 days for my parcel to be picked up from the drop off point. It took nearly 3 weeks for my parcel to be delivered instead of the 3-6 days quoted which was too late as it was a customers wedding gift. The customer service did not help much and just offered a weak apology for the service. I dont believe they even contacted the courier provider about the service. My customs invoice with my personal details also went missing and they were not bothered about the data protection issues. Ive just used another company/ provider who picked up the parcel and it was delivered in the USA on the third day.

Worked perfectly! Had my suitcase picked up ob Monday and it arrived safe and sound on Wednesday morning. Would always use it again!

Avoid booked via parcel monkey. it was not collected, try to call, no number, sent email, appologised and asked to rebook, booked again, still not collected , had same reponse with appology and to book again.... this went on for over 12 attempts of rebooking and the parcel not even attempted to be collected and after over 12 times, had another email saying the cancelled my booking because its not collected in 5 days. NO THINK, i sold the part on ebay and promising customer next day service !! and I love to have my feedback 100% !!

My latest experience was a complete failure. Their logistics partner refused to release the parcel to the parents of the recipient (it was a christmas present from the grandparents), i provided the names of the parents but this info was, to my knowledge, not passed on to the delivery partner resulting in the parcel being returned. Once the parcel was returned, they were not even aware that I had a chat with the company regarding this shipment - feeding suspicion that no action had been taken previously. Their responses were initially fairly quick bur the ‘response time’ became longer as time went on. To get an answer only came after a 3rd reminder and took a week. Very dissappointing.

Parcel not delivered (twice) to a correct and perfectly easy to find address then went missing for a month. Finally told that is was returned to Parcel monkey and I have to pay a fee to release it and pay for a courier to return it to me. Disgusting service.

Been 4 month waiting since september 2017 for my parcel to reach its destination from uk to India. It’s now January 2018, lost! They don’t seem to know where my parcel is and no contact was made with the recipient . I won’t be using them again. During Xmas holiday I was abroad when they finally offered me 7 days to make a claim .i lost the claim by not replying immediately. Very unfair.

They are a price comparison site who take your money on behalf of the companies they recommend. When a delivery booked through them failed to happen Parcel Monkey support pointed out they only arrange delivery, they aren’t responsible for them! Yes, they can be cheaper than going to those companies direct, BUT, you’re in trouble when something goes wrong. The company you booked with don’t want to know because you booked with Parcel Monkey and the support/customer service at Parcel Monkey is very, very poor. You cannot phone them, you have to use their messsge service which they either will or will not reply to, or you can send them a letter. They also don’t provide accurate information when you do manage to ‘speak’ to them through the message service. Trying to get a refund for a failed shipment is time consuming and frustrating and for me it’s looking like I may not get my money back. I’m still waiting after ten days even though they keep telling me it will be reimbursed within the next 24 hours. When Parcel Monkey works it’s good, but be prepared to lose your money if it goes wrong. It might be worth just paying a bit more to go direct to the company. PS. Don’t risk UKMail, it’s like playing Russian Roulette with your parcel!
