Did not pick up parcel on date booked otherwise service was good. Parcel was picked up on the following day as arranged. No explanation for non pickup was offered.

I have had over 12 parcels be sent using parcel monkey. Every single one ends up with a problem or way over the expected delivery time. Useless service, false advertising time scales which are incorrect. Also got billed for £35, for an overweight parcel by 20kg!!! Imagine me getting the parcel 20kg underweight, shocking service and terrible employees

Lost my parcel which is worth £500+ and are hopeless in tracking it down I did loads of homework and found out that the parcel hasn’t even arrived in first part of shipment!!!!!

I usually use parcel2go but after being let down after waiting 80hrs for collection and there customer service talk back was no use to man or beast. I found parcel monkey, I dropped the parcel at the post office as I got parcel force global priority service, this was a Christmas present for my son in Canada, he found me 5 days later with the parcel in his hands.
From now on parcel monkey for my personal and business.*****

Disgusting late parcel dellivery first time gave them the benefit of the doubt 2nd time and again same thing the say delivery in 2 days,,,, 10 days later nothing, both times had to refund buyer but we lost out on the delivery charge.customer service is bad , no telephone number and after each chat is about 15-20 minutes each ( they read it and then takes ages to get back to you ) Fool me once, shame on you; fool me twice, shame on me

Its been 5 days since the parcel was collected. The collection was very efficient and on time but since then I have only had limited information. I was informed of the follow-on carrier and when it arrived and left their depot however i have had no further updates since then which was 4 days ago. I know the package has not arrived at the recipient address but I have no idea where it is. The tracking service does not work on mobile phones and does not appear to adequately update

I can not believe the lack of customer service that Marcel Monkey provide. You never get any answers to your questions you just referred to a support ticket but no one bothers to reply to it. There is no actual person to talk to they hide behind IT and their webchat people are no help, they do not know anything and just look you up on their computer with the same answers which again dont tell you a thing. Our parcel apparently has something wrong with the address even though they delivered to this address a few months ago and you have to input your address into their booking system where it should pick up any problems, and they supply the address lable which you put on. Diabolical especially as it has christmas presents in it that I am not going to have to explain to my kids why they are getting them late if ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

The parcel arrived in Athens on the 12th December and hasnt moved from the depot/sorting office since. Cant tell wether it has been stolen or lost ? Suggestions please

Absolutely terrible service. Requested collection after 5pm. Parcel contained arrived at 2pm when no one was home, twice. No further collection attempts. Contacted ParcelMonkey on Saturday and not a single line reply on Monday asking for the order number. I reply and wait for hours on the ‘instant chat’ service to be told I need to cancel the collection, request a refund and order a new collection. I ask if they can just arrange another collection and I’m told no. I have to cancel, request refund and create a new order. This is of course the festive period so I try to do this and I’ve been waiting on the chat for 30 mins to find out how to go about doing this.

do not use parcel monkey worst courier service i booked to get a parecel deliverd on saturday to be sent to my grandchildren in brighton iwas on my lap top for 8 hours tryinging to sort out they asked for the addresss 3 times took anywhere from 20 and 2 hours to respond sent me a lable for sombody in grease have now cancelled order on tuesday morning 4 days after order first went in
