Parcel monkey gave me a good range if options to choose from. Unfortunately the courier I chose was a day late collecting.

Ive used Parcelmonkey on 15 separate occasions to send goods to Canada. The webpage is easy to understand and to navigate around. Having an address book option is a big plus, also storing payment details saves a lot of time. As parcelmonkey gives you a choice of carriers, I tend to use Parcelforce, which is usually the cheaper courier service. Every parcel has arrived within a matter of days, intact and undamaged. I would recommend Parcelmonkey to anybody who was looking to send a package for a reasonable price and for it to be delivered promptly and safely.

Though I wrote mailing addresses correct but at first they told me the package is missing because the destination mail is wrong and then they responded me by email that they are sending me back my parcel. But after a couple of days it was showing that parcel is already delivered to some other person. And in this way I lost my 30 kg package. Totally fraudulent company.

Ive used Parcel Monkey for a number of years now. Not a prolific parcel sender but on every occasion the parcel has been collected on the selected day and been delivered without any problems.
The prices are very competitive and selection of carriers is quite comprehensive.
Things do go wrong sometimes and negative reviews are to be expected but in my experience PM have been very good.
I am unable to comment on their customer service if things do go wrong.

Top job! Easy and fast online ordering, very competitive prices, and great communication. My parcel was picked up from my doorstep, and was on my clients desk in Germany within two days. Really cant recommend this service enough

After booking and paying, I sent you this email to which you made no reply: I have just used your service to book a parcel via Parcelforce 48. Part of the reason I chose that courier was that your comparison page clearly shows that no printer is required and clicking on the printer icon gets a message that says, "You dont need a printer to use this service because the driver brings all labels." Subsequently you have sent me an email with tracking details and a link to the label that I MUST PRINT. See attached screen grabs. Thats about as misleading as any part of any contract could be. Please explain. Parcelforce were a joke. The first tracking comment said unable to collect today. Then some scruffy bloke collected the parcel. Later that day another person turned up to collect the parcel. The next day yet another person turned up to collect the parcel. It must have been just a coincidence that the parcel got to its destination. Monkeys both.

I booked a 48 hour delivery with parcel force through parcel monkey....it was an easy process and saved me around 3 to 4 quid rather than going through parcel force direct. I would definitely use parcel monkey again.

The worst service ever. They lost my 3 luggages with all my belongings. Their is no way of contacting them except by chat where they keep repeating the same thing. They lie that your parcels will be delivered and nothing happens nobody calls you. They do not refund. Do not use parcel monkey those people are cons. Nadine Munyemana

Absolutely awful service. I would advise anyone thinking about using Parcel Monkey to look elsewhere. Firstly, my parcel was not collected on the day it was scheduled for. I received a txt giving me a one hour time slot for collection and when it was not picked up I started to worry. As they do not have a customer phone number, I began messaging parcel monkey on their online live chat support asking when my parcel would be collected. For hours I got responses saying collection time is 8am-6pm, we guarantee it will be collected today. 6pm arrived but my parcel collection guy did not! I eventually called dpd the company scheduled to make the collection who re arranged the pick up for the next day. Long story short, it was not Collected the day after again, or the day after that!! Absolute cowboy company, and a joke I received an email to rate their service. Avoid at all costs!

Avoid these scammers like the plague! They have failed to another courier on two seperate occasions. They have shocking communication (i.e. none) and have taken my money without providing a service. My parcel full of birthday gifts is now a week late and still no-one has bothered to contact me, despite numerous messages from me. I will NEVER use them again. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!
