Good service. Only reason I havent given 5 stars is that the delivery took 4 days and I was advised it would take 2-3.

Competitive price. Only drawback was that it was not made clear at the start of the transaction, only once one has paid was it explained, that there could be up to an hour wait for the labels, etc., to be e-mailed back to the customer. In my case I needed to take the parcel to the post office urgently and before it closed. Of course, once aware of this aspect one can plan accordingly. With this in mind, I would Parcel Monkey use again.

Very impressed with Parcel Monkey. Have used them several times now to send birthday & Christmas presents to Australia for my grandchildren and they have never let me down yet, and at very reasonable rates. Will certainly be using them again closer to Christmas.

I sent a parcel to France last week using the Parcel Money website. This was delivered by the DPD courier within 2 days, exactly as advertised. Thanks guys !!

So this is my story... still not resolved, and please note I will get a reply from PM to open a support ticket FAO manager.. do not try this attempt as you are wasting your time... I booked a delivery for a Wednesday due to arrive on Monday, this was my clothing for my vacation, I decided to ship it instead of taking it with me on the plane. Monday comes it didnt arrive, I leave it till Tuesday still not... I live chat with PM and all Ian, Samantha, Jamie,Ashley including the Manager Lukasez have to say is they will be in touch with DPD and give me an update shortly, Wednesday comes Thursday comes Friday comes and still the same message... they have no update. Lukasez promised me an email with an update on Saturday. Saturday comes and passes no email... why did I think I would get. They were lieing straight out to me that they messaged DPD when DPD received none.... They back themselves up by saying that where they send the message to is not on the same system as where customer calls come to... what rubbish it is all under the same tracking code so all messages come up AND as soon as I forced Lukasez the manager the send a message DPD all of sudden DPD did get the message, out right lies!!!! So I take this matter into my own hands I contact DPD myself and immediately they have an update that the parcel is lost and they will open it to investigation and by the way they tell me no investigation has been opened as they have received no correspondence from PM... how shocking. So I leave this over the weekend. On Monday without PM knowing I contacted DPD I asked them for an update and the same thing from Lukasez no update, when there was an update that the parcel was lost and it is open to investigation... all done behind their backs!!! try imagine how frustrating.... no case over your vacation in the mountains having to waste your time and money over this. and besides ZERO customer service! Finally I got Lukasez to message DPD, I contact DPD and they have finally received their first message one week after the parcel was supposed to have been delivered!!! they dont bother chasing this, on Tuesday I contact DPD and ask them for an update when they kindly update me my parcel is LOST, now I have to open a claim... unfortunately DPD cant do it it has to go through PM. I contact PM I ask them to open a claim they push this off by saying we havent received a message from DPD that its lost... this is all by the manager who is supposed to be the most important there, whose customer service is below below zero!! fine I do my work and I contact DPD to message PM, this is supposed to be their work. Anyway I do it... On Wednesday they finally receive the message and they send me the claim form... fill that in 4 weeks later they offer me £314.27 what embarrassment to the company.... I ask for some compensation, Lukasez answers me by saying we are giving you £300... thats insurance coverage nothing from them. He doesnt understand why I expect compensation. I told him when I get treated by Monkeys I feel like I need some compensation, for all the lies and aggravation and no customer service. If you read this, I believe you will not take the risk of using PM, I advise this is not the first time using PM it is all straight forward when the parcel gets picked up and delivered but as soon as something goes wrong and you have to contact PM they have no idea how to deal... who has ever heard of a company with no contact number???? USE AT YOUR OWN RISK

Parcel was booked for 2 day delivery. Instead the parcel arrived 7 days later. As per tracking tyenpaecel was sitting at the drop off store for a couple of days. Inside the parcel were items we wanted to use for our wedding. As it arrived after our wedding the whole shipping was pointless.

Shocking service - Ive lost 2 days work waiting for the courier to another couriers, and the poor excuse for customer service/online chat is woefully inadequate, responding to my complaints with something that barely passes as an apology. No escalation process or direct contact with the couriers?? Ive never experienced such an unprofessional and disorganised service. Please avoid Parcel Monkey at all costs. EXTREMELY disappointed.

You failed to organise Dpd to collect and 3 days later Dpd said they could not collect as the consignment was not on there system I had to drive 30+ miles from Aylsham to near thetford and beg the manager to take the parcel This is as bad as it gets , and I have been sending out parcels for 20 years

The courier did not collect the parcel at the time allocated - I received a note saying hed tried to collect at 19.18 but no-one was here. He collected the following day, admitting that he hadnt actually turned up the previous day as he was too busy. I consider it unprofessional for the courier to have sent a message that hed tried to collect but couldnt as no-one was here when he was just too busy to collect.

I sent 2 parcels BOTH the SAME one with parcel monkey and one with another service, the other one left uk not a problem but parcelforce (whom I used via parcel monkey) said it failed the screening party. I told them I wanted it returned because this isnt the first time Ive had issues with this airport and Ive noticed lately parcelforce are a joke. This was nearly 2 weeks ago and I havent had any update when Im getting this parcel back!!! I will NEVER be using parcel monkey or parcel force ever again. The customer service is horrendous. I am left shaking in anger speaking to these pr!cks. They think they can avoid playing by my rights. Well see who has the last laugh.

Have my parcel pick up last week but still cannot track it. Chat with operator they said have to wait 24-48 hours to be update but it has been more than 120 hours which is more than 5 days and still cannot track my parcel.

So, following on from my review below and subsequent request from Mike, after 3 weeks of providing all the same information regarding my parcel yet again - the response is ... " claim has been rejected due to insufficient packaging" which is interesting as this differs from the original reason provided for not proving compensation. Clearly no intention of fulfilling any compensation claims so strongly suggest taking your business to a more trustworthy source. I make my case.

Promised to another courier by 18.00 on 2 sepeate occasions with me chasing them after the first no show and now still a no show again. Waited at work for over an hour for these people to show up. A total waste of time and will now cause me a great deal of apologies to my customer who has been let down. Avoid at all cost!

Friday was the first time I ever used Parcel Monkey and the last. The customer service is shocking. The only method of communication is live chat/email and they arent interested even then. I paid for my parce to be collected Friday and the job was booked with DX. There Collection time was between 8:00am - 6:00pm and By 5:30pm id had no update online and it had not been collected. My parcel needed to be collected that day and when I contacted Parcel Monkey, they were not interested in and said I would have to have the parcel collected monday, which was clearly not what Id paid for and actually ended up costing me again to post it with parcel force and more money to compensate my buyer who was expecting there order being delivered. Even today I had no response to emails Id sent over the weekend Barr one now patronalising asking if I wanted to cancel my order then.. uhhhhhh I think so parcel monkey as your service is disgusting like your customer service skills. Now lets wait and see how long a refund takes, as I hope I dont have to deal with them again, they are an absolute disgrace!! Id avoid there service like the plague and go via my Hermes which I usually do and Ive never had any problems.
