Parcel Monkey reference PM5569692. Still not delivered 2 months after it was collected by Parcelforce on Parcel Monkeys behalf. A number of support tickets have been raised about this, and Parcel Monkey have failed to provide any information about where the parcel is. Totally incompetent, and inconsiderate. I would not recommend anyone use Parcel Monkey or ParcelForce.

AVOID THIS COMPANY COMPLETELY Ive been chasing for 2 months for a refund but noone does anything. Everytime they say it has been escalated but noone is bothered. TERRIBLE SERVICE. I sent a message FAO to the manager as requested but no response. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Absolutely brilliant, your site is easy to use and access, quick and efficient. Printed the parcel labels, with ease and parcel arrived at its destination on time and much cheaper than other firms used in the past. Definitely recommend to friends and family. And will use again. Thank you.

Parcel Monkey never lets me down. They are the best and I cant fault them. I booked for a collection service and the parcel force driver came on time. My parcel was delivered quickly than expected and it was a good bargain as compared what the post office wanted to charge me. I will always use parcel monkey and there are no two ways about that.

This is the 4th time using Parcel Monkey internationally. Really pleased with the up to date account of the parcel location and the contact when it reaches the final destination.
I recommend to other people sending parcels abroad.

Still no further contact, with regard to my failed delivery Over six weeks now, since I dropped two parcels off at DPD in Calne So far one parcel was mislaid, on its way through France, and was almost returned to me Then both parcels languished in a French depot, because there was no attempt at delivery, nor did they try to contact either me or the recipient They have eventually ended up back in Southampton, and I am expected to pay for returning them back to me!! Utterly useless service, and a total waste of time and money

I dont think anyone was rude, but our parcel was not delivered in time which meant our work was not exhibited in Germany as we had planned.

The problem with this service is that you will get no time indication from the courier (i.e. the third party you booked the pick up service with) as to when your shipment will actually be picked up. This forces you to stay in all day and wait for them to arrive. Whilst I appreciate that parcelmonkey is cheaper than booking with most third parties directly it is extremely inconvenient not to have ANY knowledge about timings, not even am or pm... I was informed by my third party courier that parcelmonkey is their client so nothing can be done about it...

Incredible service and cost so reasonable compared to the competition.
Heavy parcels to New York collected on Tuesday and arrived on Saturday.

my parcel has gone to the wrong area not been delivered now 10days but paid for 24hrs and still no proper answer as to where parcel is, very very poor, not used parcel monkey for a long time and wont use again, going BACK TO MYHERMES, never had this hassle with them

Previous shipment was delivered 3 days late and they offered a 50% refund. So I thought I would give them the benefit of the doubt and book a next day service through them. The pickup never happened and I wasnt able to get a response from LiveChat. I would avoid it. The prices are good, but it comes at a cost. Unreliable, poor communication and zero service.

A relative did not have such a good service over the Easter Period when presumably the carrier had not taken into account Good Friday and Easter Monday in their calculation and the parcel was delivered late!

Ever wonder why this company has few sites where you can review them? Its because they lose all your things and refuse to compensate for their mistakes. After weeks that amounted to many hours of wasted time and energy on my part, they will not credit me back for the item amounts OR for the delivery fee I paid!! They made the mistake, apologized for it, yet no full refund will be issued. I have never encountered a company like this in my life. They know there is nothing you can do about it so they take complete advantage of you! I am so upset over the lost valuables and the fact I will not receive the total funds back. When people treat you like this, its sick. I have been very understanding and patient and now I will never see that money or my things again

LAIRS AND TIME WASTERS!! They lost my suitcase with all my belongings and take a month to claim insurance and only cover £300 when it is worth £1000 minimum and all they can offer is apology... DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!
