Brilliant price and service.
Easy to book.
Clear, regular tracking of my parcel from drop-off to delivery.
Delivered within stated number of days (UK to Southern France).
Excellent service - given 40 minute window of time on the day of delivery and the delivery van arrived exactly on time (even offered to carry the box upstairs to my front door).
Would highly recommend, and use again.

Saved password which didnt work when i tried to login. Requested password reset, never received one., neither in junk mail. Still cant track my parcel. Have to call dpd every single day. Never using again

I decided on the 4 day delivery from uk to spain. It is 12 days later and it has still not been delivered. No apology or explanation given as yet....

Ups keep sending me a repeat mistake additoon charge . Used your live system to amend a wrong address. They amending my label but not he carers instruction so they went th wrong house. Your site hesitate so times gets dtuck . Handy enough but not perfect.

The original contract promised 2-3 days for delivery. The package was collected on Tuesday Morning and it is still at the first stop in Sweden And it has not been delivered after six days. I wonder if one more day will suffices to complete the mission or the delivery requires much more days.

A complete nightmare, from start to six weeks later, when the packages have still not been delivered to my customer Appalling communications, ignorant staff on their chat service, no telephone number, a totally faceless brokerage service, giving no confidence whatsoever The courier managed to lose one package, which they tried sending back to me, before returning it to the French depot for delivery No attempt made to deliver the packages, contact either me or the recipient, or update either of us, before shipping them back to Southampton They now want me to pay for returning the packages to my address, before they will consider delivering them correctly I cant imagine any circumstance when I would consider using them again
