The only problem is that they didnt call to say what time to expect. Neither I could see on the tracking page.
So for the collection I had to wait the whole day at home and for delivery I did not even know the exact day and I was only lucky to be at home.
Apart from that, excellent.

I had never heard of parcel monkey until I had to return something that I had hired back, the person who I hired it from requested that I use parcel monkey. I wouldnt hesitate to use them again. Excellent service and a really easy website booking system

Awful website. I selected a two day transit for my parcel and its taking at least 5days so far. As soon as I put the payment through, I havent been given an estimate day for my delivery, no details at all in regards to the time estimated for the delivery. This was a very important parcel and I have no idea when its arriving and the reply from parcel monkey on several of the messages was simply "its in transit". This is the most important detail for anyone who is booking a pick up or a collectio, to know exactly when will it get delivered??? I found this service misdeciving and I will never use it again as this journey was too stressful and it suppose to be clear and straightforward. At the end of the day, I paid top money to get it delivered and its still not been delivered after 5days. Please find another service instead...we can do better than those monkeys!

I sent a parcel using this company via asendia 2 months ago. Instead of asendia my parcel is with aramex, has been return because of Banned brand by stupid UAE customs. the destination was turkey and the item was not going to enter the UAE hence they return the parcel on the 09th of Sep 2017, I am still waiting for the parcel or any news. The costumer service is absolutely useless and every time I made an inquiry they said we will contact you as soon as we had an update. They do not make an effort to contact the bloody carrier. The only they are good at is taking your money when your make a purchase.

Parcelmonkey support is very slow, if anything goes wrong they can not fix it. They can not give a call to the courier company, once 8 packages stayed in DPD depot for 8 days without any explanation. They could not do anything. Another time a package sent to Qatar has been refused to be sent by DPD, a month has passed I am still waiting for the package and for my compensation. Just read comments of people on facebook page you can understand how bad this company is. If you care about the packages you send, do not ever use parcelmonkey.

Ordered a collection for a Wednesday. Next day delivery. Got here Monday. No one could tell me where it was in between. Pointless paying for the next day

Site was easy to use (but for a very large package, youd need the measurements). You have to wait for them to e-mail you the details to attach to the package. Courier was nice and polite. So all in all a good service.

Parcel sending is easy now we use Parcel Monkey International. It is simple & clear to use. I would recommend it & will certainly be using it again & again.

The worst courier service I’ve ever used with the worst customer service. My parcel has been delivered and signed for to the wrong address, that’s all the information I’ve been given and today is the 6th day of a total wall of silence despite my daily requests for an update. There is no customer service telephone number so all I’m left with is the frustration of my messages being completely ignored and not a thing I can do about it. Will never use PM again.

THE WORST!! AVOID AVOID!!! Was returning a defective tablet PC to China however for some reason they decided to "return to sender" (without specifying why). However, instead of returning to us they sent it to hold in there Southhampton wearhouse demanding £5 and shipping costs to return. Before we arranged shipment of this item we called in advance and were advised everything would be fine. Instead, we are now hundreds of pounds out of pocket. As we were unable to retrieve the defective tablet. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!!! A RIP OFF COMPANY TRYING TO RIP YOU OFF MONEY!!!!!!! THE WORST POST COMPANY I HAVE EVER USED!!!!! - And ship a lot of things in my job, so I am aware all of the forms were filled out correctly.

First time using parcel monkey as i would normally opt with another courier. I signed up with them and most of the emails ended up in my junk mail.(some didnt) I posted the item to netherlands which is now sitting in a depot for 3 days. I posted it with parcelforce with cover etc etc, 2 working days. Apparently the addresse refused the parcel. Contacted the addresse and denys any knowledge of a delivery attempt. Its a big company (cooler master) Contacted parcel force to why its being sitting in a depot all day. They said, "as i purchased the label with parcelmonkey, parcelforce has spoken to ParcelMonkey to get in contact with me to rearrange delivery. 3 days and no contact. ONLINE CHAT is utter useless. Took 2 hours to get 3 responses? Live chat? more like a dead chat to me. They said they could not help but when i repeat the process they finally agreed. Still waiting for it to be delivered or if parcelforce got my request. All in all, using a 3rd party to organise your posts really makes it difficult. If i had went direct, they would have contacted me the same day EDIT: You cannot use Live chat unless you register a account. Which they claim you can. Tracking = EK327475462GB

My parcel was collected at the time specified on the day after placing my order and was delivered to the recipient about 100 miles away the next day.
I recommend using this company without reservation.

Parcels were not collected by ParcelForce on two occasions and on the third attempt they lost the parcel with no tracking info as labels were not supplied.

It was a simple process mostly. I had to send a return back to the USA and the longest part was having to complete the itemisation 3 times as it kept restarting! but otherwise really simple and very fast.

Quick and cost effective. Only general issue is that there are quite a lot of products that you cannot ship or are not insured if you do so take care. All packages have arrived.
