Very easy to organise online. Collected and delivered parcel exactly when they advised they would. Communication spot on. Will definitely use them again.

Wow! Theres not enough space! My (new box) parcel got to me ripped and round, few clothes damaged-few lost-like my favourite Obey top! Thanks for that!! Help your self for extra charge with no consideration to let me know first and still in process to get my money back because I have to prove my parcel was that weight!! Rude and ignorant when picking up the parcel with pretty much comment "no one cares", after asking for Fragile stamp, late-not a week delivery as advertised, but 3! Also changed the delivery company I chose to a different one..??!! Polite, but unhelpful through out the process...I will be not using your services again and will never recommend as well.

Great price and fantastic service and will use them again the only reason I give them 4 stars instead of 5 is that the updates during the delivery period were poor but I would still recommend them

poor service sent a parcel to Australia by Express 4/5 days delivery sent on 4/4/16 arrived 18/4/16 after a lot of phone calls. complained to Parcel Monkey (Brandon) accused me of putting the wrong address in fact it was the courier that use another label with the wrong address. now I used another courier service and find they are much better.

TO BE AVOIDED AT ALL COSTS! We sent an item from UK to Ireland - should have taken 48hrs. A week later I reached out to Parcel Monkey for an update - no luck - generic reply of " we are investigating and will come back to you" but never did. I then took the investigation into my own hands as this item had sentimental value and I was worried it would be lost. I found out myself direct from DPD whom handled it that the item had been delivered to their depot broken and so they threw it in the bin! At no point during this time did anyone from parcel monkey contact us to tell us there was an issue - we only discovered this as we were chasing for a delivery date. I am now trying to speak with someone and have this closed out but parcel monkey are not interested in helping. My item has been thrown in the skip and some of it could have been salvaged as it was a picture and frame - they threw both broken frame and print into the bin. I am still waiting on parcel monkey to be somewhat helpful but no joy - I seem to receive automated prepared answers each time I email.

Never use these crooks. They have caused a huge loss to me and my parents oversees. I sent a parcel through them to India on 02/09/2017 but still it is undelivered on 14/09/2017 whereas I was told that it will be delivered in 3 -4 working days. I raised the issue with them last week also and I was told that thy will come back to me within 24 hours but no reply at all. To the shock of my life on my personal inquiry I have been told by the DPD courier (whom Parcel Monkey have used to deliver my parcel) that my parcel is not going to India and Parcel Monkey has done some mistake. They directed me back to parcel monkey who are not even responding now despite my continuous efforts. I am going to sue these people now in the court. Beware of these crooks.

Firstly you can only contact Parcel Monkey on their site by email. They do not confirm that they received your email and it is being investigated, so you dont know where you stand. You assume that you are being ignored. I sent a parcel on a 3-6 day service to Qatar using their DPD courier which actually took 12 days to arrive. Parcel Monkey then came back to me later and charged another £1.49 from my card stating that they were charged extra because my standard 18 X 12 X 12 inch box from Staples was measured by their Precision Laser Scanner and found to be over size. The exact text from the email states. "The information provided when the order was created declared a nominal weight of 9.00kg made up of 1 box: 46x35x35cm @ 9kg Using the dimensions you provided, this equates to a volumetric weight of 11.30kg and this is the weight you were originally charged for. When weighed, laser scanned for precise measurement and volumetrically calculated by the carrier, they have informed us that the correct billing weight was in fact 12.50kg." What on earth is that? Is their scanner more accurate at measuring 12 inches than my Stanley Tape measure. ( What I ask, is when was their scanner last calibrated ) Did the operator use it correctly. You would have thought that after paying £92 for the shipment they would write off the £1.49 to save losing a customer. No exact measurements from the precision Laser Scanner were actually quoted. When I wrote to DPD, I was referred back to Parcel Monkey. Be warned when using these companies. Charles Collard

This is the first time using Parcel Monkey and would not hesitate to recommend them. I chose DPD couriers as they were the cheapest and fastest delivery time. I received a text with a 1 hour collection window so I did not have to spend my whole day waiting for the courier to arrive. The arrived exactly within the specified time frame. My parcel arrived in France in perfect condition in just 48 hours. I will be using Parcel Monkey and DPD for all future parcels.

I NEEDED TO RETURN A BULKY ITEM (A CENTRAL HEATING RADIATOR) FROM BRIGHTON TO BURNLEY AND PARCEL MONKEYS PRICES WERE AMAZING! THEIR PRICE FOR ME TO USE USE ROYAL MAIL PARCELFORCE 24 WAS ACTUALLY HALF THE PRICE OF MY USING P-F DIRECT, THE SAME-DAY PICK UP FROM MY HOUSE WAS AS PROMISED AND THE ITEM WAS IN BURNLEY THE NEXT MORNING. ALL FOR £15 INCLUDING THE £1.99 OPTIONAL INSURANCE. EASY ONLINE BOOKING SERVICE AND ONE HAPPY BUNNY. DUNNO HOW DO THEY DO IT SO CHEAPLY. A HIGHLY RECOMMENDED SERVICE!!

Ive been using these for 4 or 5 years but over the last few months they have gone awful. The last 3 out of 4 parcels were not collected on the right day by the courier but all Parcel monkey do is reschedule for another day and dont seem concerned that the courier has let you down. Its worse now as the online help is answered with generic replies until you agree for a reschedule collection. As you cant confront the courier yourself you have to rely on parcel monkey and they are just not interested. I would not recommend Parcel Monkey to anyone anymore as there is better alternatives out there that do help to find out a reason why a courier hasnt collected. Please look elsewhere

Text message received from the local courier to notify me of arrival.
Total travel time 7 days.

Apparently the driver couldnt find house. Booked a 24hr service and it took from Thursday until Tuesday to deliver! Only reason this isnt a 1 star is that the guy in Parcelforce office was amazing and managed to locate house while i was on the phone and arrange redelivery.

very pleased to find a service that is swift and easy to use. Thank you for providing all customs forms etc to make it straightforward.
On the other hand, I was disappointed to find the recipient at the Nepal end had to pay a handling fee - surely this could be anticipated ? (I accept that the local authorities may chose to impose Customs duties, but other expenses like "duty handling fee", "warehouse transit charge", "Customs Declaration Form" & "VAT" could surely be built into the fee paid by me, the consignor). I am sorry if it seems petty to complain about an additional charge of only 6% , but I view with suspicion the minute detail used to justify the charges at the overseas location.
