The first time I ever used Parcel Monkey and can assure you that it will be the last. The customer service is the worst I have ever encountered and the only method of communication is chat/email, not a single contact by telephone. I paid over £80 for my parcel, for next day collection, and this job was booked with DX. Collection time was between 8:00am - 6:00pm. By 5:30pm there was no update online about my parcel and it had not been collected. This parcel was time critical so needed to be collected that day. I contacted Parcel Monkey by chat and they were not interested in the slightest and said I would have to have the parcel collected the following day, which was clearly not what Id paid for! I decided to contact the courier directly myself and managed to sort it with them but had to call them 3 times on a premium rate number and was on the phone for over an hour in total! I put in a complaint to DX after the parcel was delayed (was collected to late to go out that day so was a day later arriving), they agreed to refund my delivery costs and sent this refund to Parcel Monkey. Parcel Monkley then took over a week in sending my money back and again I could not contact anyone by any means other than email! Glad I finally got my money back and that I never have to deal with them again, they are an absolute disgrace!!

HORRIBLE SERVICE! As parcel Monkey are an agent they have resposibilty for the case which they ship, DPD lost my parcel and do not compensate since it is under parcel monkey, parcel monkey are ignorant and cannot deal with customers they just keep apologizing but do NOTHING else. Seriously use AT YOUR OWN RISK, if something happens to your package there is no one to talk to... if all goes smoothly then there is no need to talk to anyone... at your own risk!!!!

The parcel has not left UK as per the tracking on 16 September. The parcel through DPD I paid for 3-5 day delivery time. This obviously hasnt been met and the majority of the items from within the parcel were required for the 16 September. This has now passed and almost pointless. DPD has let you down in my eyes and wasted my money buying the items initially and also paying for a premium service to meet my deadlines.

Very quick & easy and all delivered safe and sound.
Would have given a 5 star......except the "track my shipment" wasnt updated", and the day I requested a status update the package arrived on my desk (from the UK to NZ!!!)

I had a parcel sent from Australia to London and everything was really easy, the website is simple to navigate and book courier services. You can sign up for text message/email updates on tracking your parcel. The parcel came within expected time and in perfect condition. An easy process at a really good price, I would recommend 100%.

I have tried repeatedly to get any proper response concerning my parcels Over seven weeks now, and no further forward They are still sending out unconvincing chats, using their pointless little application No telephone contact, no emails, just a limp series of feeble attempts to fob me off The email suggested by James just bounces back Thoroughly dissatisfied & disgusted

Have used the service a few times now. So far have had no problems and able to track my parcel all the time its in transit. This last parcel arrived two days early! As long as you follow instructions the whole process is very simple. Only one small issue. I usually send items out to my family. All innocent. DVDs etc - but EVERYTHING seems to be on the restricted list. I understand in these days that security is very important but really! Anyway small moan over. Good service.

The absolute worst service ever! Didnt pick up my package when they said, three days late. Called repeatedly to find out if they were coming. Didnt get to its destination when they said it would and took over a month to get to me, and then I had to contact them everyday to find out what was going on and where was my package. If I wouldnt have contacted them who knows where my stuff would have ended up! Finally I had to contact the carrier itself to track my package after two weeks because parcel monkey had no clue. Then they labeled it wrong on their end and I was told I had to pay duty/tax on my personal items like clothes and shoes of almost 300 pounds. Absolute nightmare of an experience with this horrible company dont use them! Save yourself the stress.

Sent my Parcel to Malta Via the monkey, all quite painless as usual with P-M
used parcel force as it was a 4 day delivery ?? and the same price as others.
Tracking with P-Farce is pretty ropey , and disappeared completely once it hit Malta ( . 3 days since it arrived on the island and no clue if its been delivered yet !)
So about 8 days so far out of the 4 Days quoted Doh!!! beware.

the person did not deliver my baggies to my door and said I cant carry your luggages because they are 30 kg and too heavy for me and I had to carry all my luggages.

I have an Online Business and send approx 50 parcels a month i used Parcel Monkey for a little while but have now changed. Their customer service is shocking, they keep informing me they will get back to me but never do, i keep having to contact them to be told the same again. If you parcel is not delivered in any way it gets sent back to them and the want £17.50 to send it back to you or destroy it. They still have one of my parcels with £250 worth of my customers items in it, they have said on numerous occasions they will send it back to me but after a month they still have it. I am now going down legal steps to recover my goods and also through loss of custom. This has happened to me 3 times in the last month all using ParcelForce/GLS but with Parcel Monkey at the helm. Be Aware
