AVOID !!! They dont communicate with you at all and they fail to inform you of delays. No telephone number to call. Theyre holding my parcel and only inform me a week after it was sent !!! Avoid them like the plague.

Total rip off , lost my £1000 parcel , avoid this place , pay few quid extra to cut middle man , not responsive at all , all they offer is to Waite . Its been 4 weeks my parcel been lost

Very easy service to use choose the best company for ur parcel book it then full tracking provided and everything arrives when it should. What more can you ask for and most services seem cheaper than elsewhere. I wont use any other company now.

I was a little bit apprehensive as I had tried another company the week before and got totally ignored after I paid. However Parcel Monkey were a breath of fresh air. I loved seen the familiar name of Parcel Force. Communication was strong throughout. Parcel got to Germany in 3 working days. Price brilliant. Highly recommended.

were booked in to collect on the Friday but did not. called Monday and still no collect phoned again Tuesday and still did not collect until 5.50pm. will not book through them again

What a complete and utter waste of time this company is,I think the only thing they have got correct is the Monkey because that is who runs it a load of monkeys and that is being unfair to monkeys.At this moment in time I am in dispute with them and have taken court action which is active at this time so I do not want to say to much as this may jeopardize my situation.All I will say is proceed with caution and have a good look else where first.Tay are a complete waste of time and money. BE WARNED.

Avoid!! They do appear to be a bit cheaper than others, but they arent reliable. I used them quite a lot for sending parcels to customers. But for many times, they didnt send through the collection request to couriers so couriers didnt come and pick up parcels, and all they could do was to reschedule the collection for next day. Waste of time. When your item is prohibited, like cameras etc, they dont send these but they still took your order/parcel, and then you have to pay for the parcel to return it to you. So waste of time and money. I will never ever use them again. Its not worth it for the slightly less postage fees considering all the trouble you might be in.

I changed the pick up date it was confirmed yet they still collected on the original date. Delivered earlier than they predicted which meant it got dropped of somewhere else. But it did arrive and in good condition.
