Sent a parcel to saudi arabia on 6th of sep been more than a month. Its not been delivered to its destination and instead of returning my parcel to me DPD delivered it to parcel monkey. After got a message from PM you have to pay certain amount to get your parcel paid that amount on 25th of September got an email on 26th your parcel has been despatched 24 recorded delivery via parcel force. Waited more than a week havent received anything. since then i have been sending emails to manager to everyone i could. tried to chat via web worst customer service i have ever seen! Every time i receive a message from someone telling me same thing contact to manager. submit a ticket. details passed on to relevant department.willl be in touch. As soon we get a response we will be in touch same thing over and over. Why cant you make it your priority to solve this problem. Its been more than a month. I have spoken to parcel force they said driver was there to collect the parcel PM refused to give parcel. I use PM for my business absolutely fine nothing ever anything happened like that. But Ill stop using their service now. And please solve this matter as soon as possible. I dont want you to tell me same thing over and over that contact to manger or return team will be in touch or details have been passed on to relevant department. As Im sick of listening same thing for over a month

One of the worst companies. When things go ok it fine. But when they go wrong they are a nightmare to deal with. I sent a parcel to canada. They sent it to canada and then randomly decided to send it to jordan. Customer service non existent. Absolute joke.

I took extra insurance. Short of it the parcel got broke in delivery, which I reported immediately and apart from realising their customer service is terrible have to wait for hours (or some cases over a day) for a reply. Then they said electrical items are not covered unless there is visible damage to the outside box. If you want to send something fragile, I would stay well clear of this website/company.

Very reliable, courteous and helpful driver, a speedy collection, and delivery. Usually very good, though, on this occasion, one dish was chipped, unfortunate but not life threatening !

Worst company every used , never again . If you want your parcel to be lost use them . Cant speak to them , think they are in china , some fools working for them who cant trace a parcel . You pay peanuts you get monkeys . Use a company you can speak to as they dont understand English

That was my firsttime I used the Parcel Monkey and my experience was absolutely fantastic. The communication is very easy and the assistants are very friendly and able to do everything for the customers. I will be definately using your service in the future. It is very cheap and easy and also the delivery is very fast. I had to send the parcel from the UK to the Czech Republic, because the airline wanted to charge me more than £40 for extra luggage so I decided for Parcel Monkey as my friend recommanded to me Parcel Monkey. The delivery of this parcel was only £16 which much cheaper. Thank you so much PARCEL MONKEY. You are the best. ;-)

booked collection for delivery the day after? well after lots of emails with PM they dont use the phone so i spoke with the courier company direct (pm advise of not doing this ) anyway was the only way to find any info parcel not collected as job not put on system till late the day after booking? finally had parcel delivered 3 days later!!!!!!! what a service the name is fitting "A BUNCH OF MONKEYS" rubbish service have switched to DPD they txt with an hour slot for collection or delivery A FIRST CLASS service

Terrible service they picked up items and never delivered them. But still charged full money for no service and no delivery. They said the items in parcels were restricted goods....they were wooden benches??? I have complained and they have just said sorry we are keeping the money....dont use!!!! better to go straight to courier company as then you can have some form of customer service if they dont deliver your items

I booked a collection through parcel monkey over a week ago. The parcel was collected by DPD and then disappeared from their tracking system. I contacted Parcel Monkey a few days ago to find out where my parcel is and have just received standard automated replies ever since. They are constantly telling me they have contacted the courier and are looking into it. On Friday they sent me an email telling me it was lost and I should make a claim, but I couldnt make a claim as I hadnt paid the extra. I phoned DPD yesterday to track down the parcel and it turns out it has been delivered to the parcel monkey office. I have informed parcel monkey of this, but they still keep sending me the standard response saying they are looking into this with the courier, or it has been passed to their claims department. They have my parcel now and couldnt care less, still trying to get someone to acknowledge that they have it and send it on to me. The customer service is absolutely pointless, they give you no information at all and its like banging your head against a wall.

Nothing to say. They do what they say they will do. Occasional glitches on labels by email, but other than that very good service. Labels problem sorted within 20 minutes.
