Package had to be rescheduled several times because no one showed up for collection and wasnt sent labels. Tracking wasnt given even though paid for (and asked for several times). Address was changed on my parcel so it wasnt delivered to the right location. Said would deliver in 2 - 3 days, took 6 days. Avoid.

My parcel arrived in six days from Newcastle in the United Kingdom to Melbourne Australia so that was great but I wish that I would have been able to talk to someone at monkey parcel

My collection date was today but no one even attempted to show up and another courier. I even left my number in case they had trouble finding it. It is absolutely asinine that a company can sell a service that they then dont give you. How is this not fraud? The UI and auto complete for foreign addresses also sucks. It doesnt translate what it fills in the input boxes so you have to do that yourself to make sure it was correct. When you are entering a Serbian address this is particularly important if you dont speak the language. I am not even done dealing with parcel monkey yet, but I sure wish I was!

The parcel was collected and delivered as ordered and in perfect condition. Parcel Monkey is great for sending parcels cost effectively and safely for those of us who dont send many.

The website is easy to use. I opted for the option to have the parcel dropped off at one of their collection points. There are many collection points conveniently situation close by.
The service was quick and the fees were much lower than other well known couriers.
I would highly recommend Parcel Monkey!

used parcelmonkey for months / years without any problems however i would say it depends on the courier chosen to deliver the parcel DPD 100% first class and even txt with an hours slot to collect/deliver my thoughts on DX couriers are DONT USE THEM collected my parcel on the 14 june was only delivered on the 29th after i contacted parcel monkey to ask where the parcel was? turns out that the driver says he tried to deliver and left a card? utter rubbish as the person was in the house all day he is 82 years old and does not go out when thay did manage to deliver the parcel it was to the wrong house!!! on complaining to parcel monkey i am getting no where with my request for a refund i shall not use them every again as DPD have set up their own service which i shall use parcel money are a load of MONKEYS ON CUSTOMER SERVICE

my mattress was damaged by Parcelforce. Parcel Monkey were very good about communicating with me about this and helping me with the claims process but in the end they only offered me half its value as they said it wasnt securely packaged. i disagree with this - it was well-wrapped in a strong protective wrapper and strong cellophane, and i dont believe that an additional cardboard box would have stopped the large tear they put in it anyway. i opted to take out the insurance to cover the full value of a replacement when i booked with Parcel Monkey just in case, so in the end i feel unhappy to have only been offered half.

Quick and relatively easy to use. Was difficult for us to weigh the parcel which was a requirement. The parcel arrived promptly but was a little bashed (goods werent fragile so not a problem).

I obtained a quote from Parcel Monkey to return a large package back to a vendor. I paid a premium for next day collection and delivery. No one collected the package from my house. When I tried to call them to chase this up, I couldnt find a number. I emailed them and was told they do not provide phone support!!! They still havent collected my parcel and it is the fourth day since I paid for the service!!!!

Courier did not turn up to collect parcel. Eventually collected on Monday when booked for collection on Thursday. Not the first time this has happened and booked the most expensive option too.

Used this company quite a few times for delivery between UK and France, very reliable and excellent prices.
Only slight downside this delivery was that it wasnt delivered or attempted to be delivered to our house. We waited in from 8am and at 4.15pm as the post office closed we were informed by email that it had been delivered there instead.

To be honest, im surprised parcelmonkey even sent me the email asking me to rate their service. Ive used them a few times before and the service has been pretty good but this time from start to finish and every step along the way has been an absolute nightmare. I send a lot of parcels, i have a FedEx account which covers the bulk of day to day shipping and use Hermes for smaller parcels, i usually use in-express as a broker for my export shipping. Im a pretty easy going guy and cut people a lot of slack especially service staff, theres nowt worse than being ground down for someones elses gain day in day out. so bear that in mind, this is not a moan at individuals just the appalling service provided. I used parcel-monkey because they promised a 3 day service from UK to Germany when in-express had said they couldnt. The first blunder came when there were hidden charges not displayed in the quote, no biggy just a few quid more, small price to pay to ship an expensive tool to a client thats waiting for it. Booked the collection and paid up. Instantly receive the email saying the parcel will be collected by dpd the following day (Tuesday). That afternoon there were 3 dpd vans in my yard, none of them collected the parcel, the following day another 3, again none of which would take the parcel. The next day (Thursday) i spent about half an hour on a live chat service being pushed from pillar to post and given no real answers by no less than 4 members of staff, at this point im very aware that the item is not going to arrive in Germany in the 3 days Ive been promised. When prompted for an upgrade in service or a refund of the cost I received the answer " well stay in contact" aah ha, sure you will. I havent heard back since. That afternoon a driver did collect the parcel . He refused to sign the collection receipt and was pretty rude. The following day (4 days in to my 3 day service) they message and tell me the parcel will be collected on the Monday (day7) despite it having being collected the previous day. Also, 2 more drivers arrived to collect the parcel. On the Monday i receive an email written in German which i presume should have been sent to the recipient asking about when is a good time to deliver. I forwarded it and it got sussed out but the item was still delivered outside of the agreed time frame. If id have been looking for a way of wasting time id have watched an episode of the big bang theory, at least theres a pretty blonde lady. If i wanted to be lied to id vote Conservative. If i wanted to spend over the odds on something that doesnt work id have bought an Aston martin. All i needed was a box taken to Germany within 3 days. With access to scores of couriers, How hard can it be for a shipping broker to do that?

I have used Parcel Monkey a few times now. I get better prices through Parcel Monkey than booking direct with the courier. They are responsive if theres an issue, like once there was no tracking info showing, but that was the couriers fault and PM traced it for me. The couriers can sometimes let the process down like when my parcel didnt get collected from the drop off point for 3 days, but Parcel Monkey are just booking agents and they fulfil their part of the service efficiently and save me money.
