not all the post office accept parcels that have just to be scanned. This could be a problem if you have to go around the city with your parcel looking for the right post office. check it first. but in the end the parcels arrived on time to italy. excellent price

Couldnt be easier, book & pay on line & get exactly the same service at less than half the price of going directly through the courier. Definitely use this service again.

Advice given in email was confusing. I thought that I needed to print off the label on the email and attach it to my parcel, although, the driver assured me that this wasnt necessary.
Great service, easy to arrange. Was collected and delivered smoothly and on time.

This is the first time I have used PM. The process was very easy to follow. The help areas of the system were helpful. The only problematic area was that there was no actual times given or communication to me as to when my parcel would be picked up. It was just lucky that I was in all day! The parcel was delivered within time and the recipient in the USA was happy.

This is the first occasion we have used the services of Parcel Monkey and have no reservations in recommending their services to others.
The parcel arrived on time, in sound condition and was signed for by the intended recipients.
The cost was also very competitive

I think Parcel Monkey is great.
I booked a collection from Parcel Force. There was no indication of when the collection would be. Emailed Parcel Force to ask for a time, who came back 5 days later saying ask PM!
Would use PM again, but probably avoided PF if poss.

Had to reschedule a pick up of my paintings as the driver turned up to the address and then disappeared as they were bringing the parcel down to him. Parcel monkey people were very good in arranging another collection free of charge, but now I have the paintings home they are extremely damaged, it looks like all 3 pieces were dropped from a height. I would normally pay for the extra coverage but parcel monkey dont allow cover on paintings. Will never use them again

Postage was cheap however parcels not delivered on time. No ability to speak to anyone at Parcel Monkey. You have to go through the support centre. Takes days for replies. Inadequate responses. Not answering questions. Failing to follow up on claims. Disappointed!
