If I could give 0 stars I would. Paid for delivery to France 6/9/21 to be delivered in 3 days. We are now at 23/11/21 and it is still in the uk! Customer services are terrible, worst I’ve ever had to deal with in my life. From pre written responses to non at all. No phone number. I’ve had to deal with couriers direct as Parcel Monkey claim they weren’t getting replies….funnily enough I get through to them in 20 seconds and get a full report…and has proven parcel monkey to be liars as I have had proof of couriers replying to them. Parcel Monkey also want another £400+ to deliver my parcel, even though I fully disclosed the contents when initially making order, clearly marking my parcel and adding extra info regards contents! If you have valuable items, are shipping abroad, have ANY reservations about your item, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, if anything goes wrong you will be left out to dry. I am having to use my credit card company to help me now

I found the website okay to use for my first time once I got my head around the options. But it was very convenient to be able to do it online and have someone come and collect our item, saved us some time and effort.
Would certainly use again in the future for hard to return in person items

I was told about Parcel Monkey from a courier company I was working for who wouldnt do a return for me, so went on theyre recommendation who took the return package, I couldnt believe the fact it was the company I was working for collecting the return, i recommend Parcel Monkey to anyone who needs to return goods100%

Ho spedito 2 pacchi dal Regno Unito, sono rimasti fermi per 2 mesi per poi tornarmi indietro. Nonostante gli scrivessi spesso sullo stato della spedizione non ho mai ricevuto nessuna spiegazione e motivo del ritardo. Rispondono in fretta ai messaggi ma non possono aiutarti in nessun modo, non riescono a controllare nulla o farti avere informazioni corrette. Dopo tutto questo mi hanno anche rigettato il refund. Da evitare come la peste.

I booked two parcels with Parcel Monkey for a Monday collection by Courier. They didnt come on Monday, or Tuesday. So I got Parcel Monkey to re-book the parcels for Wednesday collection. Courier didnt come again. So I asked for a refund, which I got after a few days. I wasted a lot of time on this mess and Parcel Monkey didnt do anything until I asked them to, and then I had to jump through hoops to get the refund.

So far so good although the parcel has only been delivered to the UK handling company who will forward to the final destination country (the option I selected based on a combination of price & time). Will up it to a 5 once delivery is completed but happy with the service so far.

Delivery times very good. Pity about tracking detail. Collected on 1st Nov and although package delivered to recipient within 10 days, latest update on 6th November. It is now 22nd November.

I have had an account with Parcel monkey since 2020. I have now been waiting over 1 week for them to collect an parcel. Everyday we have been given a date it has come and gone without contact. Promises made that are never kept and Now the driver cant find the a business with 1 metre high lettering under a famous motor brand. Must be driving with their eyes closed. What a joke avoid these people if you want a parcel collected.

I have used Parcel Monkey numerous times over the years and the one time it turns out I didnt quite pay enough for the latest shipping due to a faulty weighing device, they, Parcel Monkey, immediately suspend my account and blocked me from using their services. They then sent me an insulting email stating I owed a further £4.69 and will be suspended until I paid it! Wow, just wow! ???? Maybe if you sent me an email first, as a "valued customer" you would have found that I would have paid that amount immediately with an apology. I have used Parcel Monkey numerous times before and to be honest, they havent always been great, but the last few times I have had no issues with them apart from today. Talk about using a sledge hammer to crack a nut! What a way to treat your customer! Oh well, never mind, there are plenty other firms out there so no great loss.

A dreadful delivery experience.My parcel arrived crushed under a mountain of parcels crammed to the roof.Despite my parcel being clearly labeled it was of course squashed under this massive load.They blamed my packing on the destruction and refused to pay out despite me paying for comprehensive insurance.
