Terrible, terrible service! My advice, stay away! Waited in two full days from 8-6pm with parcel monkey promising Courier will be picking up my parcel, yet no show! Everytime I use them, there is an issue! Also before they have taken two lots of payment instead of 1! Take my advice, go to a reliable provider!

This was different from my last parcel to Bishkek as the items needed an 8 digit code obtained from a government website. So I was certain the items would pass through customs. The parcel was collected on time and delivered on time so I am very pleased.

Courier Next Day I have used this service a couple of times now with Parcel Monkey and have found it not to be reliable, one parcel is still outsanding 6 days later!. Parcel Monkey are impeccable at getting back to you and repsonding to enquries but I am not sure Courier should be a service they should be employing as on both occasions Ive used this service the parcels has not been delivered on time.

Awful service, courier didnt arrive to pick the parcel up and Parcel Monkey had no idea why and just suggested rescheduling. Dont see the point of them.

The best carrier in the UK.
I have been sending parcels out for years trying various carriers. Some are bad, some are good. My experience is that Parcel Monkey is the best on both price but more importantly after service which is really the main thing.
You feel that you are not left on your own if there is a problem they care and will work to resolve it.

Not suitable for EU IOSS cleared deliveries!!! Businesses DO NOT USE this service. All parcels are marked as DDU by default, despite IOSS number being provided at the booking stage. As a result, there are significant delivery delays in all services to EU, making Royal Mail much faster option. Our customers were also charged twice for VAT and customs as a result. Customer service is arrogant and unhelpful.

No problems to date.
Have used this service quite a few times and all seems to go smoothly. Easy to book and service has been fine. All contact is online and would prefer a telephone number to be available, hence only 4 stars but having said that the message board does work for getting any queries resolved so all OK at the moment.

Parcels not collected 2 days in a row. They cannot tell me why, they cannot contact the courier, they offer no alternatives, compensation or solutions. Made a complaint via their online form as advised, received a copy and paste response. Trying to talk again on live chat and suddenly my messages arent going through, I have actually been blocked for trying to make a complaint. I dont know how this company is operating but please do not use them, they do not give a care about customers.

I sens a parcel to Italy and the receiver had to pay an enormous fees to been able to collect the parcel. This was not state anywhere in the website neither during the booking of the delivery NOT RECOMMEND THIS SERVICE. It seems a reasonable price but when you add all the fees the initial price was more then doubled

AWFUL AWFUL SERVICE Won’t speak to you on the phone only via live chat! Paid to ensure my parcel up to £600 it has been lost and no contact, apology or assistance to rectify this has been offered! I am disgusted and will be taking this further!

I’ve been asked to ship a bottle of wine to someone by my boss which is proving challenging. I specifically searched Google for a courier that would be able to do this and when I hit on a page from Parcel Monkey telling me exactly how to do it using their parcelforce service I naturally thought they could meet my needs. Imagine the nuisance when I’d entered detailed info only to be told this item was in fact prohibited, and they wouldn’t ship it after all, despite having pages claiming they would and giving instructions. When I emailed to ask what they were playing at all I got was someone confirming alcohol was prohibited - nothing AT ALL on why in the world they’d self publish guides on HOW TO ship alcohol with them when they won’t in fact do this. Total time wasters, deadly customer service.

Found them on Google, no fuss . Packed and weighed parcel entered dimensions and bam priced immediately. Printed label when email popped up , which was about 2 minutes, I was able to use my phone to scan the label and this enter the tracking details , so my buyer could track. I dropped the parcels to my local point which is almost on my doorstep. Easy doesn’t describe it.

Absolutely unbelievable three boxes were picked up 4pm Monday afternoon and delivered Tuesday morning. What a service from Scotland to London. I will be using this service again and I have and continue to recommend to everyone I know. Would strongly recommend to anyone. First class service from beginning to end.
